In my case, I usually have 3 meals per day: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. I usually eat apples, oranges and grapes but I don’t eat vegetables, they are horrible!. I normally drink 1 liter of water per day and most of the times I eat junky food because I have no time to prepare a healthy lunch.
