It maybeoutofstate.We’llfigureoutthemoney.” Arelativeofapersonad-dicted to drugs files a peti-tion for Casey’s Law withthe court. The advocate atSPARKMinistrieswillhelptherelativefilethepetition. The SPARK Ministrieswill arrange for the pay-mentof thedrug treatment,andprovidetransportationifneeded.Somemedicalinsur-ancespayfordrugrehab,asdoesMedicaid. Courtfilingfeescanalsobewaived. Thejudgewillthenorderthe adult addict into drugtreatment. An addict can also walkinto the SPARK Ministryoffice. Prewittsaidtheywillof-ferrehabtreatmentthatsameday. The treatment may beprovided as as an inpatientoroutpatient.
