"Physical education must have an aim as broad as education itself and as noble and inspiring as human life. The great thought in physical education…is to make the physical contribute its full share to the life of the individual."~ Thomas Wood, 1893

If we do not soon end this battle of obesity in our country, our children are in for a rough future. We have to maintain
Physical Education in our society today. We have to
encourage our children to play outside as much as possible.
Instead of fast food, get back to eating home cooked meals.
Limit the hours of video games played, make them read a book.
Work out as adults so our children may learn from
example. If we do these simple things, we will help with the battle against obesity!!!!!!
