What is Obesity? Obesity is increasing body fat. It occurs in both sexes and can affect any age group. Several factors are associated with increased body fat resulting obesity. Weight gain occurs when you eat more calories than your body uses.
If you eat foods provide more calories than the body needs, the excess is converted into fat.The most important causes of obesity are:• Genetics • Metabolism• Psychological• Sociocultural• Sedentary lifestyle• highly caloric nutrition• multiple factors
What is Blood Pressure?
Blood pressure rises and falls throughout the day, but it can cause health problems if it stays high for a long time-which leads to heart disease and stroke.
To control obesity-related hypertension, weight loss is something critical. Weight loss will lead to a significant
decrease in blood pressure .
WHY DOES OBESITY CAUSE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE?
Obesity and hypertension are two risk factors commonly associated can see. In this note I will provide you information about how being overweight affects blood pressure and vice versa.
Obesity contributes to increased blood pressure by the following mechanisms:
-Insulin Hyper insulin . -Increase resistance adrenergic. -Increase activity of aldosterone

the healthy weight is the main goal for obesity treatment. and you can reach that by making a good treatment plan with your doctor and may be a big team of nutritionist, dietitian, obesity specialist and nurse.

Behavior change.
Prescription medication.
Weight-loss surgery.
RECOMMENDATION
