Coating Options for Industrial Floors Perma #571 All-Seal™ (Available in gallons and pails) Perma All-Seal™ is just as it’s named, a single water-based sealer for just about any floor substrate in your facility. This prod-uct is to be applied thin, so that it can penetrated into the pores of such surfaces as rubber, ceramic tile/grout, terrazzo, pol-ished concrete, and VCT. In most cases, a single coat is sufficient; but for higher traffic and durability, a second coat may be applied. Perfect for applications where you want water, soil and most chemicals repelled by a nearly invisible barrier. Dries in 10-15 minutes.

Perma #562 All-Coat™ (Available in gallons and pails) Perma All-Coat™ is the perfect partner product to Perma All-Seal™. With superior scratch/scuff resistance, when compared to straight acrylic finishes, and higher solids content for fast build-time, All-Coat™ can save you time and labor when coating just about any hard surface. In most cases, just 2 coats of this product, over a single coat of All-Seal™ will produce excellent gloss and durability. Perfect for coating VCT, Concrete, Terrazzo and Wood. Dries in 30-40 minutes under normal conditions.

Perma #36 Titanium™ (Available in gallons and pails) Perma Titanium™, available in Gray and Sand, is a tinted, penetrating sealer that provides a uniform appearance under an of our clear top coats. Hides unsightly discolorations in a variety of substrates, and makes floors far more attractive and easier to clean.

Perma #22/22G Perma-Seal II Epoxy™ (Available in gallons and pails) Perma-Seal II™, available in clear and gray, are one-step coatings that offer the highest wear-resistance and durability of any of our finishes. This catalyzed epoxy coating is mixed on site and applied with brushes and rollers like paint, to make an al-most indestructible coating for warehouse floors, loading docks, service departments, and high traffic areas. Being a water-based formula; however, it may be susceptible to slight and temporary discoloration in area of standing water.

#110 Clean-All™ (available in gallons, pails & drums) This citrus-fragranced general-purpose cleaner and degreaser is both highly effective and very economi-cal, especially given its high concentration. Suitable for any type of facility. Mix at 1-4oz/gal, depending on soil load.

#170 Citru-Clean™ (available in gallons, pails & drums) This citrus-based blend of natural citrus solvents and highly specialized surfactants cuts through some of the toughest grease and oil, even at amazingly low concentrations. So powerful, in fact, that this product can also be used as an aqueous parts washing solu-tion. Mix at 2-8oz/gal, depending on soil load.

#181 Geo-Clean Plus! ™ (available in gallons, pails & drums) This blend of high quality solvents and surfactants has been fortified with millions upon millions of hungry benevolent bacteria and enzymes to seek out, break down and digest any organic material with which it comes into contact. 5 unique strains of enzymes can break down aa wide variety of organic soils such as animal fats, proteins, and other organic waste that feeds malicious bacteria and causes odors. Also tre-mendous for foam-cleaning restrooms and dump-sters. Mix at 2-8oz/gal, depending on soil load.

E-Z Mix 1035 Maintainer™ (available in gallons, pails & drums) Previously polished concrete floors can degrade very quickly if not regularly and properly maintained, and the very best way to do this is with an automatic scrubber, diamond embedded pads and Perma E-Z Mix 1035 Maintainer. This cleaning product will keep porous areas capped off so as not to receive soil, while the diamond abrasives grind the surface smooth with each cleaning. Mix at 1-2oz/gal, de-pending on soil load.

#137 Stat-Clean™ (available in gallons, pails & drums) Designed to work in concert with our own coating system, this product is for use on floors that have been previously coated with Stat-Seal™, Stat-Coat™ or Stat-Crete™. Maintains or enhances the conductivi-ty of any Perma ESD System coated floor. Mix at 8-10oz/gal, depending on soil load. For enhancing gloss, try #28 Stat-Buff™.

#130 Shock-Stop™ (available in gallons, pails & drums) Designed to work on any factory ESD floor substrate, Perma Shock Stop™ will allow you to clean VCT, Sheet Flooring, Epoxy Coated Concrete, and even Car-peting. This product can also be used as a spray & wipe benchtop cleaner Mix at 8oz/gal, and 1:1 when used for benchtop cleaning.

Need to keep floor drains running smoothly? Be sure to use #181 Bio-Clean Plus! And dump your recovery tank waste water in your floor drains. The enzymes will help keep them clean and running freely.

#28 Stat-Buff™ (available in gallons, pails & drums) Used to prepare floors previously coated with Stat-Coat™ that are periodically burnished, Stat-Buff™ will function as a post-cleaning, mop-on restorer. Mix at 32oz/gal, let dry and burnish.

Benchtop Area Cleaning & Degreasing #175 Lightning Industrial Spray & Wipe™ (available in quarts, gallons, pails & drums) A concentrated Spray & Wipe, in a ready-to-use form, Lightning™ will amaze you with its versatility and per-formance. Cleans, degreases and even deodorizes! Non-flammable, non-toxic and harmless to most in-dustrial surfaces. Use straight or at up to 1:64.

#176 Hurricane [Green] Spray & Wipe™ (available in quarts, gallons, pails & drums) With every bit the bite of Lightning™, this Industrial Strength Spray & Wipe can also claim to comply with OSHA’s 29 CFR 1910.1200 definition as a non-hazardous mixture. Clean any surface that is safe for cleaning with water. Use straight or at up to 1:64.

#146 Advantage HD Crème Cleanser/Polish™ (available in quarts only) This may look like any other crème cleanser, but it also performs exceptionally well as a polish and tar-nish remover on any type of metal surface. Buff on, buff off, grasshopper. It’s that simple.
