the undersigned doe not fulfill the provisions of this agreement as herein set forth, the Oak Lawn G Iden Jubilee Committee is

hereby authorized and directed to forfeit the above depo it and retain the same as liquidated damages.

The exhibitor shall pay, for any special wiring required for opreation of equipment or accessories, expenses incurred in con­

nection with special facilities provided for the booth, all. moving, asscmbling and exhibiting expense as well as all expenditures in

regard to removing, dismantling and clearing exhibits from the premises.

The BoOths will each be provided with proper back wall panel, side wall dividerS and one electrical outlet. The booth rental

agreed to above shall include all expenditures for the promotion of the Jubilee, Tcnt facilities, General Illumination and power

It is further understood that the exhibitor will assume all responsibility for his equipment and products placed or installed in

said booth including fire, windstrom, theft, or other damage to said prlducts or equipment and also assume the liability for negligence

of his employees employed in his said booth and for any injury to the public by his equipment and/or products.

A IS-man planning commit­tee wa named Monday nightto arrange to observe the weekof Aug, 23 as Golden Jubileeweek in Oak Lawn.

More than 110 persons. mostof them representing organiza­tions in Oak Lawn and vicinity,attended the meeting at thevillage Trustees Fred Dumke,Glenn Frankland and AndrewGroenier and the Chamber ofCommerce committee of War­ren Schlieske, Roland Beckleyand Stan Dawson. was given atthe meeting by Schlleske, Dum­ke and Groenier.

The committee suggested thepresentation of an historicalpageant to be presented twicenightly for five nights; a pa·rade on Sunday ending Jubileeweek and a free exhibit, pref­erably of locally manufacturedproducts.

Schlicske estimated that asmany as 150,000 people mightbe drawn to Oak Lawn duringthe event and urged local or·ganizations to give time andtalent to the project.

Jubilee SouvenirTickets Set at $1

The Golden Jubilee com­mittee this week approved aflat price of 51.00 each on ad·vance sale of general souven­ir tickets to the pageant.Local organixations will sellthe tickets on a 25 per centcommission basis.

Each souvenir ticket in·c1udes a stub which entitlesthe holder to one admissionto the pageant. To obtain aseat at any performance, thisstub will have to be exchangeed at any of several stationsto be established throughoutthe community. Tickets ex·changed for children's admis·sions will receive a 25·centrefund.

A call for greater participa.tion on the part of local resi­dents was issued this week byMarvin Himmel. producer anddirector of the Oak Lawn Gold­en Jubilee pageant which willclimax the community's 50thanniversary celebration in Au­gust.

Himmel explained that therewas considerable misunder­standing regarding the fir tproduction call last week. Thiregistrat ion wa intended [orall per ons who were intere tedin taking part in any pha e ofthe spectacle. from tarringroles to stage hands,
