The Col Taylor Lounge offers spectacular river and city views and is perfect for smaller meetings and presentations. The venue incorporates the Bar & Lounge, the perfect area for break out sessions or afternoon drinks, with access to the large balcony overlooking the Swan.

Perfect for sundowners and more relaxed office cocktail parties, Pete’s Bar & Lounge can be hired for exclusive use and offers spectacular views across the Swan to the Perth City skyline. With access to the large outdoor balcony, you’ll be able to enjoy open air sunset drinks and soak up the serenity.

From a simple coffee station and morning tea, to set

menus, gourmet BBQ’s and cocktail-style canapés, the list is

endless. Alternatively you may bring in your own catering, or

self cater at no extra cost.

Mounts Bay Sailing Club is the perfect location for hosting innovative and ‘hands on’ Team Building activities. Sailing activities can be run by one of our experienced instructors, or alternatively, our Functions Manager works with some of Perth’s best corporate team-building companies, who can manage a range of additional fun and challenging water and land based team-building activities. Please see our Preferred Suppliers list for more details. The nature of sailing makes it ideal for Team Building, and the calm waters of the Swan River offer excellent sailing conditions. Corporate sailing activities, either with one boat or more, involve participants engaged in challenges that parallel real work environments and ones that facilitate respect, co-operation, communication, and teamwork.

“We held our work end of year Christmas party at this venue as we wanted a beautiful river setting with plenty of room to accommodate around 400+ people.

The two level building served our purpose very well as it had air conditioned areas for relief from the hot sun, large room for dancing/photo booth/DJ/musician, long verandahs to view the activities happening on the grass, the large grassed area for games, picnic seating and food tents.

On the ground floor, there was also plenty of room for a couple of bars for easy access to quench the thirst. The multiple areas that the venue offered suited all employees and how they preferred their day, whether it was I the comfort of air-conditioning or having fun in the sun Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the event so much we are returning to the venue the following year to do it all again! “
