We own one of the largest farm (3860 hectares) in Kahungunu – Tautāne.

ASPIRATIONS Establishment of a tribal trading hub for indigenous iwi trade in the Emirati
trade free zone in Dubai. This would include the development of Free Trade Agreement “Tribe to Tribe” with the Emirates.
Host a Global Tribal Trade Symposium in Dubai, February 2021.

Fiordland Lobster Company (only Iwi with shares in FLC).
Purchased new depot for FLC in Auckland. Purchased Te Matau-a-Māui Waka Hourua. Purchased Iwi’s first deep sea trawler, Kewa. Purchased HB Seafoods, rebranded Takitimu
Seafoods.

The Recognised Seasonal Employer (RSE) Scheme brings seasonal workers to New Zealand, primarily from the Pacific Islands (Samoa, Tonga, Vanuatu, Fiji and the Solomon Islands) to help assist with the harvest & picking of fruit.
A celebration & farewell hangi (traditionally cooked food in an earth oven) was held for 500 workers from Bostocks NZ at our home.
