    Feelings. We all have

    them. One day you can

    "feel" real good, but the

next day.....not so much! Now although all feelings

    are not necessarily bad,

some can be if they are not

    in alignment with the truth

    of God's Word. Satan

    comes against us with

    feelings of

    discouragement, failure,

    defeat, sadness, depression,

    pity, loneliness, fear,

    doubt, anxiety, worry,

    condemnation,

    unworthiness, frustration,

    insecurity, and I'm sure

    you can add even more

    "feelings" to this list.

The truth is, the enemy has

    not changed his M.O.

He's been using these"feelings" to rob blood

    bought believers of their

    peace, joy, strength, and

    identity in Christ. If he's

    not using feelings, he's

    using circumstances.the

    things that can be

    seen.....to try to shake us

and get us to abandon ourfirm foundation on God

and the truth of His Word.

    Friend, usually what we

    "see" plants seeds that

result in a harvest full of

    "feelings."This is why the

Word tells us to walk by

    faith and not by sight

    because if we walk by

what we see, it can lead to

feelings/emotions andthoughts that do not line up

    with the Word of God.

This is also why the Word

tells us to renew our minds

    with the Word of God

    because if we don't, we

    will be feeling and thinking

all kinds of things that are

    not of God. Lately, I've

    been studying about being

    led by the Holy Spirit.

    While studying I came

    across Galatians 5:25,

"Since we are living by the

    Spirit, let us follow the

    Spirits leading in every

    part of our lives."

    Let us follow the

    Spirit's leading in every

part of our lives.Notice it did not say to

    follow our

    feelings/emotions or our

    thoughts, but to instead

    follow the leading of the

    Spirit. This means

    believers dont make

    decisions based on

    personal experiences,

    opinions, what we see, or

    HOW WE FEEL; we make

    decisions based on the

    Word of God, and the

    leading of the Holy Spirit

    (John 14:26). Know

    this:Feelings don't have

    Got

    Feelings?

    "Since we are living by

    the Spirit, let us follow

    the Spirits leading in

    every part of our

    lives."

    Galatians 5:25 NLT

If you would live invictory . . . you must

    refuse to be dominated

    by the seen and the

    felt.

Intellect. They aren't that bright. Don't trust them friend! So this means......

if I feel that God isn't present with me and that I'm alone, that's a LIE! God's Word says that

God will never leave me or forsake me!

If I feel like a failure or utterly defeated, that's a LIE! God's Word says that I am more than a

conqueror and that He ALWAYS causes me to triumph in Christ.

If I feel like no one loves me, that's a LIE! God's Word says that He loves us with an

everlasting love and that if the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, His unfailing

love for us will NOT BE SHAKEN!

If I feel like I can't do "it," that's a LIE! God's Word says that I CAN do all things through

    Christ!

If I feel overwhelmed, outnumbered, overpowered, and conquered, that's a LIE! God's Word

says that the gates of hell will not prevail and that He has already overcome the world!

If I feel unworthy and condemned, that's a LIE. God's Word says that I am worth more than

many sparrows and that there is therefore NO CONDEMNATION for those who are in

    Christ Jesus.

If I feel bound by depression and extreme sadness, that's a LIE! God's word says that where

the spirit of the Lord is there is liberty and that who the Son sets free is free indeed! The

Word also says that Jesus came that we may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance(to the full, till it overflows).

All in all, our feelings are unreliable and cannot be trusted to convey truth. It's time we stop

being led by our feelings and instead be led by the Holy Spirit and the Word of God. It's

time we do what Jesus did when tempted by Satan to be led by his flesh, sight, and feelings.

He responded with, "It is written." He responded with the truth of God's Word! Why?

Because what God's Word says is TRUE.and what we're feeling is not if it is not in

alignment with the Word!Trust the truth of God's Word. Don't trust what you see and

don't trust what you think, if your mind has not been renewed with the Word of God!

Dreams And Visions"Faithful is He that calleth you, who also will do it! 1 Thessalonians 5:24

A couple of months ago while studying I

    watched Joseph: King of Dreamson

Netflix. If you know me, you know that I

love watching movies and believe that a

good movie always has a lesson in it that

we can learn from. This movie opened the

door for me to study Josephs story in

Genesis. I was encourage so much during

my study and I now feel led to share itwith you, especially since in about 27 days

we will be entering the new year.

In Genesis the 37th chapter we meet a

    seventeen-year-old young man named

    Joseph.Jacob loved Joseph more than

any of his other children because

Joseph had been born to him in his old

age (vs. 3). Here is where we begin to

see the favor that God had on Josephs

life. Because of this favor, Joseph was

given a beautiful robe; a robe that set him

apart from his other brothers. This

robe/favor not only set him apart, but also

caused his brothers to hate him. Have you

ever been hated for a dream? Maybe not

hated per se, but disliked, discouraged,

ridiculed, called crazy, lost friends..allbecause you chose to dream and when I

say dream, I mean dream big! As a blood

bought born again believer it is

important that you realize that the

Kingdom of God resides in YOU! You

have been marked. You are set apart.

You are His! Always remember that

royalty is your identity. Servanthood is

your assignment. And intimacy with God

    is your life source!

Starting in verse 5 we see that Joseph begins

    to dream:

One night Joseph had a dream, and

when he told his brothers about it, they

hated him more than ever. Listen to this

dream, he said. We were out in the

field, tying up bundles of grain. Suddenly

my bundle stood up, and your bundles all

gathered around and bowed low before

mine! His brothers responded, So you

think you will be our king, do you? Do

you actually think you will reign over

us? And they hated him all the more

because of his dreams and the way he

talked about them. Soon Joseph had

another dream, and again he told his

brothers about it. Listen, I have had

another dream, he said. The sun, moon,

and eleven stars bowed low before me!This time he told the dream to his father

as well as to his brothers, but his father

scolded him. What kind of dream is

that? he asked. Will your mother and I

and your brothers actually come and bow

to the ground before you? But while his

brothers were jealous of Joseph, his

    father wondered what the dreams

    meant.

    Verse 18 then says:

One night Joseph had a dream, and

when he told his brothers about it, they

hated him more than ever. Listen to this

dream, he said. We were out in the

field, tying up bundles of grain. Suddenly

my bundle stood up, and your bundles all

gathered around and bowed low before

mine! His brothers responded, So you

think you will be our king, do you? Doyou actually think you will reign over

us? And they hated him all the more

because of his dreams and the way he

talked about them. Soon Joseph had

another dream, and again he told his

brothers about it. Listen, I have had

another dream, he said. The sun, moon,

and eleven stars bowed low before me!

This time he told the dream to his father

as well as to his brothers, but his father

scolded him. What kind of dream is

that? he asked. Will your mother and I

and your brothers actually come and bow

to the ground before you? But while his

brothers were jealous of Joseph, his

    father wondered what the dreams

    meant.

    Verse 18 then says:

When Josephs brothers saw himcoming, they recognized him in the

distance. As he approached, they made

plans to kill him. Here comes the

    dreamer! they said.

    Joseph dreams seemed bizarre,

extraordinary, and in his brothers eyes

    down right impossible! Josephs dreams

disgusted and insulted them; it caused them

to hate him. And although his father scoldedhim for his dream; his father still wondered

what the dreams that Joseph was having

    meant.Continue Reading at

    Who Told You That!?!?

Who told you you were a failure? Who

told you that you were not good enough?

Who told you that God can't do it and that

He would fail you? Friend, the devil is a

liar! It's time that we as believers know

who and whose we are and believe

Truth and not the lies of Satan. He is

under our feet (Ephesians 1:22). He has no

power and when it's all said and done,

what God said will be done!Sure. It may

look one way, but that's why we walk

by faith and not by sight. Sure. It maynot "feel" good, but as believers we are

never to be led by our "feelings"

anyway. Sure others may laugh and mock

you. They may say that you will never

make it, but God is not moved by the

opinions of others and you should not

    be either.

Before you were formed in your mother's

womb, He knew you, chose you, lovedyou, anointed you, and had His mind on

YOU! He did not back then and does

not right now have to consult with folks

or get their approval when it concerns

your identity and destiny. Who told you

    those negative things? Not God.Satan

did. Friend, heres the truth. You are more

than a conqueror, above and not beneath!

You wear the Victor's crown and have

already overcome! You are enough friend. You are enough because of Christ! God

can and God will open doors that no

man slam shut and create doors so that

His glory will be seen! He is who He says

He is and can do what He says He can do!

You have no need that exceeds God's

power. Faith, friend is God's favorite

    invitation to RSVP with proof.

Beware of the lies of Satan! Believing

Satan's lies can and will cause you to be in

fear, doubt, and unbelief and not in faith! That's his goal. That's what He wants. DO

NOT GIVE IN OR GIVE UP! Stay in

    FAITH! Faith pleases God (Hebrews

11:6) and it is according to your faith; not

your peers, not your fears, not your

worries, not your doubts----will it be done

to you! (Matthew 9:29) You must believe

God. You must be fully persuaded that

God has the power to do what He has

promised (Romans 4:21). Know this:God never ever ever breaks His

promises. He is the God of miracles

(Psalm 77:12-14). Ask Him to lead you

where your trust is without borders. Let

God be God and let satan be satan (a liar,

a loser, and a fool)! Believe that God can

do His job and believe that He loves you

and that His unfailing love for you will

    not be moved (Isaiah 54:10).Believe

God friend. Believe God and alwaysremember that satan is under your feet!

So if he has anything to say to you, tell

him to write it on the bottom of your

    shoes!

    Be encouraged!
