Two major categories of phytonutrients are: carotenoids and polyphenols.

NUTRILITETM DOUBLE XTM features both and provides the following phytonutrients:

Carotenoids:• Lutein – a phytonutrient that not only protects plants, but can also found in the human retina and lens of the eye.

This phytonutrient belongs to the yellow colour spectrum.

• Lycopene – a key player in the carotenoids family. Lycopene is a carotenoid present in human blood and belongs

• 3 small glasses

• Approx. ½ litre of warm water

• Small spoon or stirring stick
