CONSTRUCTION
- No sag, sinuous spring construction / 8 - way hand tied coil spring construction with appropriate webbing.
- Provide w/ non-corrosive, contract quality glides / casters suitable for all types.
- Must be contract quality, structurally stable and suitable for commercial use / Must be suitable for high end residential
use.
GENERAL INFO
- All metal parts must be guaranteed against corrosion, pitting, and abrasion.
- Solid kiln dried, premium grade hardwood frame, solids and veneers, and Premium quality upholstery.
- All joints to be glued, screwed, double-doweled with corners blocked and braced.
- All joints must be firmly welded, sanded, cleaned & polished smooth prior to any finish application. No excess solder to
remain.
- Item must be appropriate for exterior use with full exposure to the elements.
- Refer to Preface "General Conditions" for warranty requirements, environments, environmental guidelines and care/
maintenance instructions. Refer to corresponding sections of the Preface for performance specifications relating to
fabrication, quality control, etc.
- Must be fabricated per Wimberly Interiors Seating & Upholstery Furniture Preamble. Refer to Preamble for additional
supplemental to specification.
- Must meet or exceed Federal, State, and Local Fire Codes and Standards. Provide Owner with Fire Retardant
Certificate.
- Must be properly side marked with Wimberly Interiors item #, name, and area.
- Manufacturer to notify Designer of any error or conflict in specification as indicated.
- Refer to corresponding detail sheet for further information.
- References in any specification to an equivalent product refer to a product of similar quality and appearance, but do
not authorize or request any Contractor to reproduce or copy any product in violation of any copyright or other
proprietary rights of any third party. Contractor shall be solely responsible for insuring that any product provided by it
pursuant to these specifications does not violate the copyright or other proprietary rights of any third party. Contractor
shall indemnify and hold harmless Owner and Agent against any damage, claim, loss or liability arising as a result of any
claim by any third party alleging that the products provided by Contractor pursuant to these specifications violate any
copyright or any other proprietary rights of any third party.
