Compliant Payroll Services

Nuparc is a long established and trusted provider of compliant PAYE and Limited Company payroll services to both direct contractors and Client specific projects.

Nuparc, established in 1975 is a long established provider of compliant weekly and monthly payroll services. In these every changing times of government legislation and financial intermediaries it is key that our direct contractors feel reassured that they are being engaged and paid through bona fide means, and our Clients are comfortable they are utilising a compliant and auditable payroll function.

The false self-employment (Onshore Employment Intermediaries) legislation, which came into effect on 6th April 2014, is still causing confusion for Contractors and Clients. There remain difficulties for all parties in determining Supervision, Direction and Control for employment purposes.

To alleviate potential future problems and tax liabilities for our Clients, Nuparc engage all contract staff to traditional Paye, Umbrella Paye or Limited Company models. We do not offer the option of CIS or Self Employed where tax liabilities could be open to interpretation based on future rulings.
