2017 Victorian Relay Championships
Our Senior Nunawading Athletics team U16 Boys team (Harrison, Sami, James Reddy & Jakeb) won
the state 4x400m final at recent Relay Championships.
They finished 1st in one heat (running 4th fastest overall
time) but then smashed it in the final. Angus Reddy ran
a great last leg in the heat to nail the heat win. In the
final they ran 3.34.33, which I understand beat the
existing (approx 30yr old) track record by about 3 -
4secs.
Thanks to Jeremy Broadbent for article and yes that is

Primary Schools State Track and Field Championship. We had 4 athletes competing: Josh Carlin in the 800m and 1500m, Isabel Falconer-Boag in Discus

Hugh finished 3rd with a throw of 11.50m. Jordan had a hard fought 100m, coming second in a
photo finish with a time of 13.13s (a new PB). Hugh and Jordan have opportunity to make team for
Pacific School Games in Adelaide in December. Congratulations to all our Athletes achievements.
Secondary Schools State Track and Field Championship. Our Under 15 Athlete Stefanie Chevalier competed in the Girls 15 Year Olds 100 Meter event with a
time of 13.16. Stefanie also ran a time of 26.90 in the 200 M for Mount Waverley SC. Well Done!
