    Numerology, as we all know, is used to determine an individuals personality, strengths and

    talents, obstacles, inner needs, emotional reactions and ways of dealing with others. These

    days a lot of people use numerology to examine their life, take advantage of unexplored

    opportunities, or simply gure out where to go next. But few people are aware there is a

    Method:- Make a dressing with olive oil, white pepper, salt and lem Cut the blanched carrot, beans sprout and pomegranate In a plate, arrange blanch vegetables on a bed of lettuce Sprinkle the dressing.

    Serves 4/ Preparation time: 15 minutes

    Ingredients:200 gms bekti sh slices10 ml lemon juice15 gms coriander powder8 gms chaat masala15 gms chilli powder50 ml oil10 gms salt30 gms ginger garlic paste

    Method:- Cut the sh llet in diamond shapes. Marinate with le mon juice, red chilli powder, coriander powder, gingergarlic paste and salt. Keep the marinade for 2 hours.

    Take out the sh from marinade and grill till done. Serve hot with sliced onion, lemon wedges and mint chutney.

    PudiNabhaTTimurgh

    Serves 4/ Marination time: 4 hours, cooking time: 15 minutes

    Ingredients:200 gms chicken leg boneless with skin15 gms black pepper20 gms coriander powder30 gms mint and green chilli paste30 gms chopped garlic20 gms ginger garlic paste60 ml oilSalt to taste10 gms yellow chili powder

    Method:-

    Make a smooth paste of green chili and mint with le mon juice Marinade the chicken with ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and salt. Keep aside for 10 minutes. Mix all remaining ingredients. Again keep it aside for 20 minutes. Pre heat the griddle, cook the chicken on griddle.

    Ingredients:50 gms pineapple slices60 gms lettuce6 orange segments6 segments of sweet lime25 gms walnuts15 ml honey3 gms salt3 gms mustard powder50 gms cabbage, shredded

    Method:-

    Make a dressing with honey, mustard powder and salt. Keepin a small bowl.

    Cut strips of all remaining vegetables and segments oforange and sweet lime.

    Arrange on the bed of lettuce, sprinkle chopped dry f ruits. Serve with the dressing.

    Ingredients:500 ml evaporated milk250 ml condensed milk100 ml whipped cream50 gm pistachio gm saffron

    Method:- Take a pot and mix evaporated milk, condensed milk and wh

    with a hand blender. Mix pistachio and saffron in it. Pour into an air sealed container and freeze for 4 hours. Serve with falooda.

    gajarKaKheerServes 4/Preparation time: 1 hour

    Ingredients:500 gms grated red carrot50 gms rice soaked, washed and drained300 ml milk (full cream)200 gms sugar50 gms almonds, sliced

    Method:-

    Boil milk in a pan. Add carrots, rice and cook on When the rice becomes cooked, add sugar and another 15 minutes. Remove from re. Grind the mixture with an electric blender till yoconsistency. Serve garnished with sliced almonds.
