Until payment for goods is made the purchasershall hold all goods delivered on a fiduciary basis only. Thepurchaser however has the rights to sell such goods but shall, tothe extent that payment has not otherwise been made, hold theproceeds of sale thereof on behalf of Palms Extra Ltd.

TermsFor carriage charges see current order form. Palms Extra Ltd.reserves the right to charge carriage on any order. Where creditterms are offered payment shall be made within 30 days of date ofinvoice. Palms Extra Ltd. will set credit limits for each accountwithout consultation and reserve the right to change without prior notice. If our payment terms are not adhered to we reservethe right to charge interest on overdue accounts at 1.5% permonth. A charge of 25.00 will be made for any cancelled orreturned cheques.

CarriageOn delivery of goods, cartons must be signed for. Any damage or shortage must be notified to Palms Extra Ltd. within 48 hours of delivery both to carrier and to Palms Extra Ltd. If goods are not received in full as specified on the invoice by the 10th day from the date on the invoice, a written notice must be sent to Palms Extra Ltd. otherwise responsibility for non delivery cannot be accepted.

ReturnsGoods can only be returned by prior arrangement with Palms Extra Ltd.

Returns PolicyPalms Extra Ltd. advises that all goods be carefully inspected onreceipt to ensure satisfactory condition.

1. Palms Extra Ltd. must be informed by telephone (0800 252172)or by email ([email protected]) of any unwanted goodswithin 7 working days of receipt of the order. Goods are to bereturned by the Customer using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Inorder to deal with the return efficiently, a Returns Code will besupplied that must be quoted on all correspondence. A refund orcredit will only be issued on unopened, unused goods that arereturned in perfect condition for re-sale.

2. Palms Extra Ltd. must be informed by telephone (0800 252172)or by email ([email protected]) of any goods damaged, sentin error or deemed faulty within 7 working days of receipt of theorder. Where product arrives damaged or has been sent in error,a Returns Code will be allocated to quote on all correspondenceand a refund or replacement will be offered. In the unlikelyevent that goods are deemed faulty, a Returns Code will also beissued with a credit or refund only being issued on receipt andinspection of the product.

Palms Extra Ltd. are not bound to refund, replace or credit itemsthat are not visibly / obviously damaged, faulty, sent in error ordeemed unwanted by the Customer. This is at the discretion of the Company.
