S tarting from the colonial room at the lodge,

the traveler finds himself trapped by the

spell of the sweet, warm sheets. The volcanic

chimney with the most fauna in the world appears before

your eyes as something magical. A place that is created for

literature and subconscious dreams.

The diverse parks both in the north and south of the

country make Tanzania the ideal destiny for a traditional

African safari. Never forgetting the multicultural inheritance

of over one hundred different ethnic backgrounds.

T here is no other place on earth that holds

as many wonders as Egypt. Wonders that

have remained undiscovered for centuries,

millenniums, that today are presented to the traveler as a shiny

golden light in a colorful painting or a giant silent, motionless

stone. Wonders that transport human understanding from

birth to the underground world of death, a journey that is

touched by the relentless Solar God.

Egypt is a journey to the glorious past of humanity that

has remained untouched through time. At the present,

its temples, that have been rescued from the desert sand,

intertwine with the narrow streets of the cities, the markets

and the scent of the orient. An exciting journey through a

treasure of incalculable value.

J  ordan is one of the oldest civilizations in history.

Since ancient times the land, sometimes fertile

and others hostile, has offered itself to humanity,

especially in its commercial facets.

Jordan is the crossroad that connects the known world,

the Mare Nostrum of Roman tradition, with the lands of the

Orient. Its hills and deserts gave birth to the majority of the

ten cities that compose life between these two universes. At

the present, it stands tall, resisting many adversities, making

evident the will of humanity to open new doors on its

journey to knowledge and communication.

T he Holy Land. The sacred land for the three

religions. The most beloved and disputed

land throughout centuries. Every corner

of the region is full of legend, myths, history, tradition and

symbols, from the high mountains that divide the fertile

valleys to the ruthless desert and the narrow stone streets of

its most expressive city, Jerusalem.

Israel is the meeting point where a traveler is able to

encounter from the Christian traditions to the roots of

Judaism or the Muslim mysticism all just a few steps apart,

separating the Via Dolorosa from the Wailing Wall and the

mosque esplanade. The land of faith that is interiorized by its

people, its gestures, wines, streets and memories.

I n Nepal, the spiritual material makes up the

daily life. Hundreds of imagines of deities fill

the streets, disfigured by the fervent devotion

of its people. The eyes, painted on the stupa, remind us of the

capacity Buddha has to see all. The Buddhist chants and the

eco of the bells that rumble in the air announce a new day.

Surrounded by a great wall of snowed mountains, we

find a legendary figure carved out of terracotta Wood, in

In the pursuit of the

historic past of jesus

ISRAEL (April)

The silk route CHINA (July)

A lbert Schweitzer affirmed that “the most

glorious feat of German theology is the

study of the life of Jesus”. The western

culture has integrated into its society the sensibility towards

all that is historical with the eagerness to recognize and

understand what occurred in the past, making way for the

thoughts that control our lives today.

This journey is presented as an expedition through

Galilee, Samaria and Judea, from Jerusalem to Capernaum,

developing an investigation on the Jesus that history

reveals in the most human scope. An open dialog between

faith and culture. The Christian fundamentals are not a

revelation or a myth, but a historical accounting, the life of

a real person.

H istory narrates that the Chinese Emperor

Wu formed alliances with the western

kingdoms in order to confront the huno

enemy, whose invasions were becoming more frequent. To

confront this problem, he assigned his best general, Zhang

Qian, offering him a hundred of his best warriors. Yet he

returned to the court with no other than having made

contact with the existing kingdoms beyond the western

borders of China, all of them rich in commercial potential:

Persia, Chaldea and inclusive the Roman empire. Years

later, when the roman general Marco Licinio Craso crossed

the Euphrates to conquer Parthia, he was amazed to find

in this brilliant country a soft, silky and marvelous fabric

that soon was dressing the roman aristocrats: the Silk Route

had been born.

This journey offers to follow the commercial routes in

China, starting in Xian and traveling north, to the south,

the huno land, today Mongolia, and to the border with

Kyrgyzstan.

In search of the ark of the covenant ETHIOPIA (August)

Lewis and clark:

Western America UNITES STATES (august)

I n 1801 two out of every three North Americans

lived only fifty miles from the Atlantic Ocean

and the border of the United States was the

Mississippi, beyond this, nobody knew what existed. When

President Jefferson wanted to discover a land route to the

Pacific, Meriwether Lewis and William Clark initiated the

most important expedition of their lives. They were the first

explorers to cross the great horizon, to see the top of the

Rocky Mountains and pass the continental divide where the

rivers flow towards the west. They became the first explorers

to reach the Pacific Ocean by land. This is the route of our

adventure, following the steps of Lewis and Clark to discover

the importance of this journey in the development of the

history of the United States.

T hree thousand years ago the Ark of the

Covenant was created by the Israeli people

and taken to Jerusalem for adoration. After

the destruction of the Temple of Jerusalem, it disappeared for

centuries, until 1989 when the news came that it was hidden

in a remote church in Ethiopia. The sacred Ethiopian texts

narrate the history of King Salomon and the Queen of Saba

and how the Ark arrived to the black of Africa. Has the lost

Ark been found? If this is so, this experience will help locate

the path of its existence, crossing the heart of Abyssinia, from

Lake Tana to the Semien mountains, and from Axum to the

profound churches of Lalibela.

Other Signature Travels

I n 1873 the British novelist Amelia Edwards

travelled through Egypt and was fascinated

by its cultures. She visited millenary temples,

discovered unexplored tombs, journeyed through the

waters of the Nile and carried out an excavation with her

own initiative. With the idea to wake social awareness

and the conservation of the monuments, she founded the

Egypt Exploration Fund (at the present Egypt Exploration

Society). With the same didactic and conservation spirit, this

expedition is organized following the path of Amelia, from

Cairo to Abu Simbel, crossing Egypt and traveling through

the Nile on a private boat, having all the necessary Egyptian

government permits to enter monuments that are not open

to the public, as the tomb of the Queen Nefertari..

T he mind is malleable. Our lives are

transformed according to how we manage

our thoughts and the way we perceive and

interpret the world. Happiness is ability. You need time and

strength, and you will be able to dominate it”. This is the

opinion of who scientists consider to be the happiest man

on earth, Matthieu Ricard, Buddhist Monk, personal

advisor of the fourteenth Dalai Lama, Tenzin Gyatso. Our

adventure presents itself as the search for the principles of

happiness through the exhaustive knowledge of the Tibetan

Buddhist philosophy, traveling through this magical land

capital of Nepal that welcomes the Tibetan exiles, to the

prohibited city of Lasha.

Maya prophecies over the end of the world

MEXICO (December)

F rom the lazy shadows surged a vision of

fairy tales, a fantastic painting, ethereal,

from another world. It appeared to be a

magic grout chiseled into ice with shiny crystal snowflakes

attached to its walls”. On June 15th, 1952, the archeologist

Alberto Ruz Lhuillier pronounced these words when he

discovered the tomb of King Pacal. Since then, the study of

the Maya civilization has generated many unanswered

questions. This journey takes you through the most

significant places of this culture in south Mexico, a private

visit to the monuments (including the cited Kings tomb) and

discovering the renowned archeologists and their findings.

An experience that allows you to discern everything that is

related to the Maya civilization and its different prophecies,

especially the one that announces the end of the world on

December 21, 2012.
