Pursuant to Regulation 24(vi) of the Securities and Exchange Board of lndia (Buy-Back of Securities) Regulations, 2018, NTPC Limited ("Company") has made a post buyback public announcement dated December 30,2020 ("Post Buyback Public Announcement") tor the Buyback of 19,78,91.146 (Nineteen Crore Seventy Eight Lakh Ninety One Thousand One Hundred Forty Six) fully paid-up equity shares ofthe Company of face value of Rs.10 each at a price of Rs. 1 15 (Rupees One Hundred Fifteen Only) per equity share on a proportionate basis from the equity shareholders of the Company, through the tender offer route.
