JESUS DANIEL CONDE & ANABET RANGEL, FLA.

Jesus Daniel Conde is a National Manager. We asked him to share his vision for success.

I focus my business on a single system, and I present it to my team . I believe in focusing on one system at a time . In this case, my focus is to share in-home presentations on Chinese herbs. And to do this, the most effective tool has been the new Chinese herb pamphlets . This system is duplicable! Anyone can do it!

I find success by training others and teaching them how to duplicate what I currently do . Also our Manager Schools, where we train people to become leaders and provide recognition, are key to success .

To be successful, one needs to act, to be persistent and to have a great attitude . In this business you have to get rid of fears and emphasize personal development . Those are the key ingredients for prosperity!

Advancing in rank has allowed me to achieve greater freedom in general . It allows me to travel and see other places . Whenever I advance, I immediately start planning how to accomplish my next rank, focusing on the products, the work that I need to do and the strategies I need to develop .

Spotlight on New Senior Divisional Managers

RON AND MARY WARD, ILL.

Mary and Ron Ward became new Senior Divisional Managers in May 2017. We recently asked Mary about this outstanding achievement and the role Nature’s Sunshine plays in their lives.

I got started with Nature’s Sunshine because my mom and I were both looking to improve our health . Dale Scott sent me a newsletter with information on a few different and exciting NSP formulas she thought I might like . After a couple of months, Dale offered to hold a meeting for me . She did, and I quickly became a manager .

My favorite part about being a Nature’s Sunshine manager is being able to mentor others and help them achieve their goals of health and wealth through dedication and hard work! I try to inspire and help others by teaching people and helping them with whatever they need for health and business building . Being a wise business builder and staying up-to-date on the products allows me to help people be healthy . My favorite products are Sarsaparilla and Hawthorn Berries . Hawthorn helps my heart .

Nature’s Sunshine makes it possible to have my own business and be available for family and friends . Being able to teach, to travel to new lands and meet new people is wonderful! Last year my son and I went to the Mediterranean with NSP . It was amazing…such a rich time!

Reflecting back, I’d say my best learning experiences involved sitting at the feet and learning from Jack Ritchason, Frank Miesse and Jonas Yoder. My advice for anyone getting involved is do not be afraid to start to help others . Learn everything you can, go to every class, meeting and educational opportunity in front of you! Enjoy this life of learning and helping others.

MARÍA LOURDES & HECTOR RODRÍGUEZ, CALIF.

María Lourdes & Hector Rodríguez became new Senior Divisional Managers in August 2017. We spoke with María about this achievement and learned about her vision for success.

I have tried the programs Nature’s Sunshine has provided, such as Chinese Herbs, IN .FORM, the Body Systems, etc . I think each one offers excellent products, and the programs are very good when promoted correctly .

Teaching business habits is also valuable and requires discipline and focus . Good habits are a requirement for success and prosperity. I try to stick to them, because if I am a sponsor who seeks to excel in the company, those who follow me will follow my habits .

The best experiences with NSP begin with me. I am a product of the products, and because of that, I know how to nourish and maintain my body, and my organs have the correct energy . When I talk with others about what I practice, I do it with conviction and passion .

Working hard with Nature’s Sunshine and sharing the wonderful products has allowed me to earn trips, earn a new car allowance and enjoy economic freedom . NSP is a blessing to my life, bringing me a new family of distributors and very dear managers . That’s why I’m here .

Currently, I give priority to Herbal Hours, Home Meetings and person-to-person presentations . Sharing the business opportunity has brought results . I do it naturally and without fearing someone saying “no,” because I understand that I need to wait for them to decide . I also understand that only talking about health benefits is merely offering half of what NSP has given me all of these years .

My path to success is very interesting: I know there are challenges and obstacles to overcome . It’s important for me to feel a constant interest in what I want to achieve . When you allow obstacles to be bigger than your dreams, it’s easy to get lost along the road. I believe that the characteristics of successful people include perseverance, creativity and the ability to connect with others about your message . Success is based on service and on having well-defined dreams.

New ranks have always given me a lot of satisfaction and personal motivation . For me, a new rank means I can earn more stability and more economic freedom . I find that there is more flexibility time-wise, even when there are more people to support . The key is to develop leaders who love the products, who have goals and who are committed to their people .

I visualize myself reaching a new rank with a successful organization where everyone understands all the benefits that NSP offers: an unparalleled compensation plan, a unique product line and where everyone, as independent distributors, chooses a system to develop his/her own business . Mariela and Álvaro became new Divisional Managers in May 2017. We recently interviewed Mariela about this achievement to learn her story and catch her vision about true happiness.

I started out with Nature’s Sunshine seeking to improve the health of my immune system, and I was lucky enough to learn about the products NSP offers . There was a time that, for financial reasons, I could not continue buying the products . It was then that my sponsor invited me to a business opportunity meeting . It really caught my attention, and it helped me stabilize my health . Now I consider myself a very knowledgeable consultant, with an emphasis on cleansing, supplements and in following up .

I enjoy my work, because I give people the same great service I received when learning about the products . Eyder became a new Divisional Manager in February 2017. We asked her about this amazing achievement to learn her story and share her recipe for success.

Ten years ago I was introduced to Nature’s Sunshine through a friend, because I was interested in improving my daughter’s health . I started to learn about the products by taking health classes . I began my transition from

“consumer” to “NSP business builder” by sharing my testimony about NSP products . That’s when I started receiving financial benefits while people started improving their health .

I enjoy working with Nature’s Sunshine for many reasons:• We are always learning .• We have helpful tools to use .• I trust the quality of the products .• They have the compensation plan I needed . How much I earn is based on my decision and dedication .

My job is not just my business, it’s my lifestyle . My organization members see my health and my energy . They see the example I’m trying to set through service . Jennifer and Rob became new Regional Managers in May 2017. We asked Jennifer about this achievement and learned about their vision for success.

I focus on detox products . People need cleansing, and cleansing prepares a person for using other programs . I also focus on the nervous system and maintaining balanced blood sugar .

My clients often recommend me to other people . I try to maintain a friendly and respectful relationship with people . I always try to be available, and I offer to help people overcome their doubts . I inform them about promotions and let them know how they may benefit from them and feel satisfied . I have many clients share their testimonials . It feels good to know how much I may have contributed to their health .

On SuccessI use social networks and email to communicate with my clients . I use WhatsApp or MailChimp to contact them for free .

You need to know where you want to go, determine your passion, and set realistic goals depending on what you have and what you want . You need to persevere, be consistent and stay focused on your goals . Even if you don’t achieve something, you will have positioned yourself closer to success .

With my new rank, I now have better income . My hard work at NSP has helped put me in a position to take my whole family on a vacation to Europe . It helps me enjoy my family and support my children with their studies . Being with Sunshine is the best thing that has happened to me in my career . This opportunity has opened doors in life for me and allowed me to reach my objectives and goals.

Spotlight on New Regional ManagersMICHAEL & KITT STERLING HABERMAN, KY.

Michael and Kitt Sterling Haberman earned Regional Manager rank in November 2017. We recently asked Kitt about their growth and accomplishments with the help of Nature’s Sunshine.

Years ago, we began buying natural beef from Jane Gettelfinger, a long-time member of NSP . She invited me to an all-day seminar taught by Laurence Smith, and I discovered what I wanted to do with the rest of my life! Soon after, I enrolled in a natural health school and have not stopped my quest for learning .

My initial goal with NSP was just to earn some supplemental income . When I achieved that, I hoped to earn enough to offset the cost of my products . Now, I am so grateful that, due to my hard work and persistence, we are able to send my son to a private school where his learning needs are addressed . And I do enjoy being able to earn convention for two! I appreciate the fantastic training NSP offers . Every event or webinar equips me to continue to share knowledge .

Encouraging others to persevere is the greatest way to inspire people . I let them know that I have faith that they will achieve what they set out to do . I also try to set the example by talking about the people in my life who have inspired me . Recognizing people around me for what they have done sets the stage for future success .

I believe that if you give something away, it comes back ten-fold . I love to give products to friends and family in need . A few years ago, I had the opportunity to work with some malnourished orphans in Ethiopia . My friend who ran the orphanage brought probiotics and other products for the children . Months later, I was so privileged to meet one of the now-healthy babies who had been adopted by a family in Louisville! Also, I was recently appointed to a Board of Directors for a ministry in India that houses and teaches orphans . My goal is to teach basic nutrition to the children on an upcoming trip .

One of my favorite NSP events was the 2015 I-Inspire Cabo San Lucas trip . I had not been watching the leaderboard and had no idea I had earned the trip! My successline manager, Jane, hosted a dinner for her team, and I congratulated her and another manager on their accomplishment . I had missed the email that informed me that I had also earned the trip! I discovered the email the next day just before Jane called to tell me that I was going too! My husband and I were thrilled to spend a week in beautiful Cabo . It was our first long getaway since starting our family, and it was a treat! Lying poolside for many rejuvenating hours and mingling with other top achievers gave me a fresh desire to continue working hard .

To those traveling this path I say, first make your goals about sharing health . As an extrovert, I talk to friends, family and strangers and share how herbs impact my life . I share the knowledge I’ve gained from great training, and people begin to trust me . What you think could be a business opportunity could turn out to be a passion! I consider every meeting with a client pure joy! Make it a passion!

Linda became a new Regional Manager in March 2017. We recently asked about her incredible achievement and her feelings about Nature’s Sunshine.

I started with Nature’s Sunshine a little over four years ago . I am a Naturopath, and at the time I was seeking direction in terms of how to get started working with people . I happened to be out one day and spotted a cute little herb shop about 30 minutes from my house . I quickly went home and sent an email, asking the shop owner if she would be interested in some of my services . She absolutely was interested and invited me in .

On my first day, the only supplements I saw were Nature’s Sunshine brand . I asked her (Mary Ward) why that was the only line she carried, and she said because it’s the absolute best . And over the next year working with Mary, I actually observed that people were feeling better using only Nature’s Sunshine brand supplements . Mary invited me to an NSP convention where I got certified in the IN .FORM program . It was the absolute BEST decision of my life! I immediately started teaching the program and my business exploded!!

Now I own a store and carry only NSP products . My favorite has to be Probiotic Eleven . I have seen so many people start turning their health around quickly with this great product . My next favorite is AnxiousLess®: the name says it all!! It’s amazing and works fast .

I try to inspire others with my passion . The IN .FORM model has given me the opportunity to teach and share natural health all over the country . I love NSP . I love the support from my upline as well as the entire NSP family of distributors . I have met some of the most educated natural health practitioners in the world through NSP . I also love the corporate support and education .

NSP product quality is super-important of course, but the education and compensation are excellent . I never dreamed I would establish a business model so easily and succeed!! In the time I have been with this company, I have traveled the country for great educational events . The BEST experiences have been the bucket-list trips I have worked to earn: Cabo, Alaska, Spain, Italy & France . But the coolest experience has been the TAC trip to Ireland! That trip was absolutely AMAZING! This year’s Baltic trip is going to be awesome! Work hard…play hard . That’s a good motto, and good advice for success . Kim Cassidy became a new Area Manager in January 2017. We recently asked Kim about this achievement and discovered her NSP story and the priorities that help make her a success.

After having my first child, I was overweight . I worked out constantly and was eating right, but nothing seemed to help . Then I started taking a few NSP products to support my thyroid, and I noticed my body slowly changing . My energy was coming back, and the weight was falling off . I think herbs helped my thyroid function properly, which enabled me to feel better . I was so excited that I had to share it with the world! The high quality of NSP supplements got me extremely involved with the company, and I helped others follow in my footsteps . I love to watch people succeed using natural alternatives the way I did!

My favorite thing about being a manager is having a team . Being around like-minded people with the same passion for health is a blessing . I conduct monthly manager meetings for my team, and we share successes and failures . It’s as an opportunity to encourage my team to grow and stay motivated! We have become very close as a group despite our different ways of doing business . It’s great to get new perspectives on how to acquire more clients and grow .

As a Naturopath, I love to educate! My Facebook group, Health Wellness and Sunshine, gives me an opportunity to teach people about NSP products and the newest health trends! My Health-to-Your-Home groups have become more popular too . People enjoy having their friends and family in the comfort of their home to learn a little about how they can enhance their life with supplements and essential oils .

I love to help others . I have made a commitment to give back to my community every month . This includes adopting families for holiday giving, donating to churches and food pantries, and donating winter items! I’m so thankful to have a compelling cause! My clients have big hearts!

I am so thankful for Nature’s Sunshine! I love the family feeling connected with this company . Since turning my journey into a business, I said I would never miss a convention, and I haven’t! I love that NSP educates us and is current on new trends . I’m always investing in education for myself and for my clients . Nature’s Sunshine makes my job as a Naturopath easier!

My favorite NSP trip or event has been the Mediterranean Cruise! Last August, I crossed France and Italy off my bucket list . The sights were astonishing! One of my dreams was to see Vatican City . I also loved meeting more NSP people and becoming close! We spent so much time together and really got to know each other . We were able to inspire each other with new ways to grow and set goals to attend the next cruise together! I came back from the trip with a new fire for the business .

I try to live my life according to what I believe . If I preach health and wellness, I better be living that lifestyle! I take every opportunity I can to share what I’ve learned in the health field . I speak and teach at fitness centers, libraries, events and wellness facilities . Each opportunity is different, but it’s all about planting the seed! You are your own best advertisement!

Frania became a new Area Manager in August 2017. We interviewed her about this achievement and learned about her vision for success.

I love working with Nature’s Sunshine. In my business, I combine education with my consulting services . In terms of product, my main focus is on cleansing and probiotics in general . I develop my business through meetings at my clients’ homes where I give presentations on a health issue . The most important presentation is on detox . I prepare product packages ahead of time that I recommend based on my presentation, making it easier for people to place an order . I always make the packages higher than 150 QV .

I think the most important thing to do is to educate my clients about products, but I’m also passionate about teaching them the compensation plan . I make sure I’m prepared by listening to NSP webinars, studying the Policies and Procedures, learning about the bonuses, etc .

On the road to success, one must always be aware of how the distributor is doing and be aware of the first, second and third-level managers . Then, follow up, and make sure they have the opportunity to take advantage of the promotions . I dedicate time to my clients as if they were part of my family . For example: 1. When registering someone who’s interested in the business, I make sure to give this person

all the tools and benefits that exist in Nature’s Sunshine, including an explanation of the compensation plan .

2. I hold business meetings at my home (or somebody else’s), at the store or at the office .

3. Above all, I recognize my group members for their success and maintain daily communication with my group through social networks .

With this new rank, I have more time to spend with my family . Now I know the company and the products better, and I can more readily take advantage of the promotions and incentives NSP offers . My goal is to earn the new car bonus (Regional Manager rank) . For this, I visualize how to duplicate, and I show my group how to duplicate what I do in order to reach their next ranks . I love my job very much .

I promote a combination of everything, including Chinese herbs, IN .FORM and cleansing . I focus on my clients’ needs and listen to them . I also use the NSP videos as sharing tools . I have learned these things from my mentor . I find success in helping other people achieve their goals as they build a better and healthier life with NSP’s high-quality products .

Our National Convention motivates me to consider my dreams and to set my goals . It helps me focus on what I want to achieve . I write down my goals as a reminder of the path I want to take . Thanks to this, the trips that I have won have given me the opportunity to learn from other leaders and share with them . I want to reach my next rank with my team; I want to see them grow with me . Dalia and Roberto Valencia became new Area Managers in May 2017. We talked with Dalia about this achievement and learned about their vision for success.

In our business we have a store and do consultations . We focus on IN .FORM, essential oils, Chinese herbs and well, everything in general . The only thing I offer and recommend is 100% Nature’s Sunshine . Specifically, we developed our NSP business through networks, developing and training leaders so they can serve with integrity .

We market products through radio and Facebook . Understanding the 1010 promotion is very useful . I make sure my clients understand how they can earn this bonus sharing products . It’s very motivating .

Our road to success is based on excellence in customer service and quality . I make sure to give my clients the best service based on HONESTY and NEIGHBORLY LOVE. • HONESTY, because we take care to always tell our clients the truth . • NEIGHBORLY LOVE, because we treat our clients in the same way that we would like people to

treat us, as they are the ones that generate references . People call us because a friend, neighbor or relative told them about our service, our products and how good they feel .

I have achieved success through strength, perseverance and commitment to working the business and sharing great products . I always try to be an example, to not only motivate by words but by deeds, and to communicate clearly and respectfully when I discuss the products and business opportunity . My short-term goal is to reach the next bonus level that pays for my new car (Regional Manager) . My long-term goal and passion is to see young people in Virginia have access to natural NSP products . My motto is

Krystal & Thomas Harrell became new Area Managers in August 2017. We recently interviewed Krystal about this achievement and asked about their success.

Our retail business is called The Herbal Alternative . The IN .FORM program has been helpful in my business . I also teach a basic essential oil workshop and detox workshop that are pretty successful .

The education NSP provides for us during Education Week, at National Convention and during other educational workshops I find especially helpful . We believe that the more knowledge we have, the more we are able to make effective suggestions to help our customers improve their health . It’s a win-win for everyone!

Intrinsically, I track my success by the success of my clients . I’m sure many of you can relate: when you see someone make a major breakthrough or accomplish a goal, it is very rewarding .

My tips for success include:1 . Create a positive vision . If you can see it, you can make it happen . Think positive thoughts and feel

positive emotions . Be grateful . Smile . Fuel yourself and those around you with positive energy . Be inspiring!

2 . Know your purpose! When we live our lives with purpose, we don’t become tired or bored . Purpose keeps everything fresh . Strive for GREATNESS.

When it comes to customers/clients, we live by the following business mantras:

This new rank will help me accomplish the goal I set to walk across stage at National Convention this coming year . LOL . Seriously though, this advancement in rank has helped me develop managers in my downline, which has brought a whole new aspect to my business that I honestly hadn’t expected . This pushes me outside my box, forcing me to grow both personally and professionally . Thinking about my next rank, my outlook is positive . ALWAYS POSITIVE!!

My best learning experience has come from my teacher and upline, Jennifer Symons and her mother Donna Perkinson . The amount of knowledge and information they have shared with me is tremendous, and I’m excited to share that with others in my group .
