Chief Complaint • Aggravating steep upper front with avoiding mechanism • Aggravating pain and loud clicking in front of TMJ-re. and cervical spainstrong tension in regio of m. levator scap.re. of .trapec.desc.re.(spürbarer Knoten!!) in spite of C3/C4 Bandscheiben(Disc-prolaps) OP-2012 in Telfs Dr. Kreilbig neurolog. problems in arms and hands b.s.!! • Deficency of mastication • Pat.always struggled with the steep upper front also in the function (speech) ,she could not go foreward!!

• Aggravating steep upper front with avoiding mechanism
• Aggravating pain and loud clicking in front of TMJ-re. and cervical

neurolog. problems in arms and hands b.s.!!
• Deficency of mastication
• Pat.always struggled with the steep upper front also in the function
(speech) ,she could not go foreward!!
Diagnosis
• Asym. CL II/2-re. CL I,left 1PB CL IIMLD Left
• aggravating steep upper front and retrudet lower frontpat. must
consciously avoid that steepness!!,also during speaking!!
• Deverticalisation
• Aggravating front-crowding
• Aggravating abrasions frontally
• TMJ re. with loud clicking
• Mld leftasymmetry in face & body
• Aggravating CMDmandibel always want to go foreward!!
• sometimes tinnitus re.
• Bandscheibenvorfall akut vor 2aerfolgreich operiert
Treatment Plan
• Intrusion and protrusion of upper front
• Correction of asym. CL2/2
• Verticalisation
Treatment Objectives
• Stage of leveling phase:-LA-016 Sentalloy,then 016 AW w. spee,-after
ca.3mo also bracketing in LA
• Stage of MEAW`s in UA w. sl. TBB on molars and step down on 24>14
