NPK Diagnostika is a leading company specializing in development and production of angle measurement devices and rotary tables: a Digital Goniometer and Digital Autocollimator for optical angle measurements, Rate and Positioning Tables for calibration and testing INS and IMU.
Our main customers are producers of optics, certification laboratories and metrological centers worldwide. Equipment of NPK Diagnostika is included in the National Register of Measuring Equipment of the Russian Federation. Developed by

Electronic Goniometer G-D series
Electronic (digital) Goniometer G-D is used for precise angle measurements, for pyramidal error determination of different optical details, polygon calibration.
Depending on model option, the Digital Goniometer is applied for angle measurements in metrological centers and laboratories, control departments, QC laboratories or at the workplaces in optical plants.

Electronic (digital) Autocollimator AC-D is used for precise angle measurement, for angular displacement and position, flatness and nonlinearity of the test base. It is also used as zero-indicator instrument.
Depending on model option, the Electronic Autocollimator is applied for precise angle measurements in metrological centers and laboratories, control departments, QC laboratories or at the workplaces in optical plants.

Test equipment
Single-axis Rotary Table RT-1 is used for calibration and testing Inertial Measurement Units (IMU), Inertial Navigation Systems and Units (INS) and Micro-Electro Mechanical Systems (MEMS). Test equipment
Single-axis Rate and Positioning Table RT-1P is used for calibration and testing Inertial Measurement Units (IMU), Inertial Navigation Systems and Units (INS) and Micro-Electro Mechanical Systems (MEMS). The device has two modes: continuous rotation and angle positioning mode. Operator sets all parameters of the mode and change them during the work in the control software.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
Display and zoom-modes of the mark image on the display;
Calculation of angular horizontal and vertical deviation of the mark relative the origin of coordinates (zero-indicator);
Calculation of angular horizontal and vertical deviation of the mark relative the previous measurement;
Calculation of angular horizontal and vertical deviation of the mark and displaying results as the Test report of polygon faces in the form of Pitch angles, Total angles or Internal angles;
Saving measurement results in a file;
Displaying of the measurement results;
Printing the measurement report.
Software “Goniometer” works in 32-bit Windows OS. Cryptographic algorithm uses hashing function to guarantee cryptographic protection against deliberate tampering (change of the program by the operator with the purpose to influence on the algorithms/results). This hashing function will be taken from the main program and will be checked at the program startup to provide reliable cryptographic protection against third-party tampering.
In case of mismatching this hashing function with the preset hashingcode, a warning message will appear. The protection level of the software against inadvertent and advertent tampering is “C”.

Software “Goniometer”, Version 3.2 is intended for processing signals from the CCD-matrix and from optical encoder, displaying the image of the autocollimator mark and current position of the mark in real time, calculation of angles and angular movements values, displaying and saving measurement results also printing the Test report or measurement protocol.
