Current Share Price - $11.27 Most Wall Street analysts have Hertz stock rated as a “buy”. S&P has given Hertz a “positive” outlook, up from “neutral” last fall. Exceeded the financial metrics in our business plan by a wide margin for
every quarter in 2009. Profit and productivity metrics are better then our car and equipment rental
competitors. Ample capacity to expand our businesses globally in 2011 and beyond. Completed all fleet debt refinancing in the U.S. a year ahead of schedule
and on terms comparable to those achieved in 2005. Based on 2010 efficiency savings revised to $410 million, lower fleet costs and
continued improvements in the Company's car rental business, Hertz is increasing full year 2010 adjusted diluted earnings per share guidance to a range of $0.47 to $0.48
