of the board of directors at the Family Resource Centre. It was just over three

years ago that my family experienced a tragedy; our daughter, a single mom,

passed away leaving behind a twelve year old son that my husband and I

now care for. He was in need of someone to talk to about his loss and a

friend suggested the Family Resource Centre. The counsellor was excellent

and my grandson is now a happy, well-adjusted, wonderful young man. I am

so grateful to the FRC for their support at such a difficult time and am “paying

it forward” by volunteering now.
