spoken or sung in order to provoke an action of some sort. words become a
chant and are repeated until desired result is achieved. when the
object becomes charmed it possesses magical qualities and is recognized
as enchanted. the objects can be as a horseshoe or a four leaf clover to
bring luck.
the north American Indians used a dream catcher made from a net of woven on a round frame which was decorated
with feathers

Magical Self-Defense and Protection
Posted by Sapphire
Many people involved in Pagan and Wiccan spirituality find themselves, at some point,
worrying about magical attack. What if someone casts a spell on me? How will I know? Whatdo I do? More importantly, how do I protect myself so that it doesnt happen in the first place?
Well, first of all, relax. Chances are really good that you're not going to be the victim of a
magical attack at all. Here's why: it takes a certain amount of skill and effort to magically
attack someone with a curse or hex , and honestly, many people aren't interested in putting
forth that much work, and of those, many do not have the skill level required for a magical
strike. In other words, not everyone who talks the talk can walk the walk. That having been
said, if someone is willing to put forth the effort and they have the ability to craft an effective
spell, it's possible you could be the victim of a deliberate, concentrated attack.
Be aware, also, that in most cases, someone who tells you they've hexed, cursed, or otherwise
put a spell on you is the one least likely to be able to do so.
What is a magical attack? It's a curse or a hex, that's designed to make things go badly for you.
If there are other circumstances in place, it's probably not a magical attack. Maybe you're just
having a run of bad luck. Sometimes, it's just a matter of changing your lifestyle, or looking at
mundane causes. Let's take a look at how to tell if you're under a magical attack. Ask yourself
these questions Is there someone in your life that you have angered or offended in some way?
Is that person someone who has the magical knowledge to place a harmful spell on you? Is a
hex or curse the only possible explanation for what is happening to you?
If the answer to all three is "yes", then it's possible you've been cursed or hexed. If that's thecase, then you need to take protective measures.
Many people also choose to use divination as a way of determining whether they're the victim
of a hex or a curse, but if you do this, bear in mind that your own fears and worries may effect
the outcome. It's better to have the divination done by an objective party who isn't aware of
your concerns. Ask a trusted friend to do the divination, and see if they come to the same
conclusions that you have.
If you feel you've genuinely been the victim of a magical attack, the first thing to do is protect
yourself from further mischief. Once you've done that, you need to get started on removal of
the curse or hex. There are several methods of doing this. Some examples that may be used
successfully include
Creating a "magic mirror spell that bounces the curse or hex back to it's senderI know that
some of you are thinking that this will bring about the three fold law but no you are only
returning the negative energy back to it's sender.

Create a doll or poppet to take the damage for you. If you aren't sure how to do this you can
use something that represents the sender or you can also use a crystal to aid to your
defense. You can also preform a working that will rid you from the negative influences in your
life as well. Some people use Meditation, Reiki, Chakra healing or other energy work to lift the
spell.
For general protection, most people use a simple shielding method. This is a psychic shell that
one draws around themselves. You can do this either by casting a circle of protection andrecharging it periodically, or you can charge an amulet or talisman with protective properties.
This will be an effective way of protecting you in the majority of magical attacks.
You can also burn sage, make a protection grid with your crystals and stones, the amulet or
talisman can be made to suit your needs you can make one to keep in your car, if you have a
piece of jewelry you can create one that you wear just remember to cleanse and charge it as
you see fit. You can cleanse them by running them through luke warm water or letting them sitover night in spring water. I use rain water if i have it available to me.
If you're going to put together a working for magical protection, you may want to use some ofthese correspondences.
Magical Herbs-For protection Aloe vera, hyssop, asoefetida, mandrake, heather, holly,
mugwort, onion, wood betony, valerian, sandalwood, snapdragon, fleabane, mustard, garlic,
foxglove, dill, mistletoe, sage is good for smudging and keeping negative energies at bay.
Acacia protects against psychic attack Agrimony useful for returning harmful energy to its
original source. Basil warns off negative magic, Black thorn reverses a spell, Cayenne returns
negative energy to its source. Coffee neutralizes harmful magic Dragon's Blood resinprotection, Hyssop purification and defensive magic,Mugwort protects against astral attack, or
psychic attack in dreams, Patchouli returns harmful magic, Solomon's Seal protects against
negative energy. St. John's Wort purifies and protects against psychic attack,Vetivert use to
break a hex or curse,Wormwood use in uncrossing rituals, to remove hexes or curses upon you,
Yarrow psychic protection, and Yucca prevents attack via sympathetic magic.
Crystals and Gemstones-Amber protects against psychic attack, Amethyst protects from
negative energy, Black Onyx protects against harmful magic, Fire Agate for protection of the
aura, Hematite use for protection of home and property, as well as to fend off psychic attack,
Malachite repels hostile magical attacks,Obsidian provides protective energies, Quartz used toprotect yourself from hexes or curses, Ruby use to defend against magical attacks related to
emotions, Selenite for shielding against negative outside influences. Carnelian used in magical
shielding, or as a talisman against psychic attack.
If you don't have any of these on hand use what you do have the important thing is your intent.
If you are needing to cleanse your aura you can do a simple meditation and envision the
negativity leaving your aura and being replaced with light energies.
Charging your stones on the full moon can be effective as well.

Native American Sun WorshipPosted by OneCrow
Sun Worship is a custom that has gone on nearly as long as mankind itself. In North America,
the tribes of the Great Plains saw the sun as a manifestation of the Great Spirit. For centuries,
the Sun Dance has been performed as a way to not only honor the sun, but also to bring the
dancers visions. Traditionally, the Sun Dance was performed by young warriors.
According to historians, Sun Dance preparation amongst most of the Plains peoples involved a
lot of prayer, followed by the ceremonial felling of a tree, which was then painted and erected
at the dancing ground. All of this was done under the supervision of the tribe's shaman.
Offerings were made to show respect to the Great Spirit.
The Sun Dance itself lasted for several days, during which time the dancers abstained from
food. On the first day, prior to beginning the dance, participants often spent some time in a
sweat lodge, and the painted their bodies with a variety of colors. Dancers circled the pole tothe beat of drums, bells, and sacred chants.
The Sun Dance was not held solely to honor the sun -- it was also a way of testing the staminaof the tribe's young, unblooded warriors. Among a few tribes, such as the Mandan, dancers
suspended themselves from the pole with ropes attached to pins that pierced the skin. The
young men of some tribes lacerated their skin in ritualized patterns. Dancers kept going until
they lost consciousness, and sometimes this could go on for three to four days. Dancers often
reported having a vision or a spirit walk during the celebration. Once it was over, they were
fed, bathed, and -- with great ceremony -- smoked a sacred pipe in honor of the Great Spirit's
manifestation as the sun.

Finding the Heart of MeditationPosted by Rev Carol Ingle
Take the energy brought forth from meditation and make change in the world. Carry out the
resolves of your heart, do what is best for yourself and those in your life making the world a
better place.
To begin, each meditation session can be divided into several sections. I like to think of them
as supplication, prayer, contemplation, appreciation, and application. For instance, by
including different aspects in your time for meditation in the evening you can do a mental
evaluation of the day and plan for the morrow.
You can decide what good came of your actions during the day, and how to change if
necessary. It is a good time to fearlessly face the more difficult issues head on in a calm and
peaceful manner.
Beginning each meditation by asking your Higher Self for favors or help with resolving issues
leaves room in the rest of the meditation time for ideas to float to the surface on how to take
action.
Following a request for help a period of quiet and sincere prayer, perhaps using a rosary or
mala for your praying as shown in the photo, purifies the mind and settles the heart into areceptive mode, for easing into the highest resolve to your issues or carrying out a plan that
has come to mind.
The period of quiet time that follows prayer is the heart of meditation.
Now is the chance to visit the inner recesses of yourself and enjoy the peace that comes of a
receptive mind willing to do what is needed for the greatest good. Contemplation and quiet
meditation give you the chance to be still in body while thinking over issues on your deepest
level.Thoughts of appreciation energize our body to carry out the direction from our Source that
arises from deep within, accessible during our quiet time of meditation.
And what good is meditation if we dont put the new directives from our cleared mind into
action?
If we each listened to the Voice of Gods within and went forth in that direction wed really
create a heaven on earth right now.

DRESSING A CANDLE FOR RITUAL
Posted byRev Carol Ingle
1. Choose type and color of candle appropriate for ritual.
2. Cleanse the candle of prior energies: you may use water, salt, pure soap, or baby oil
(all previously blessed and consecrated.)
3. Bless and consecrate oil to be used, appropriate to ritual.
4. State and engrave (if you wish) what the candle is to represent.
5. Anoint the candle with oil and focus on desire (purpose of ritual.)
A. For ritual of achievement: anoint oil from the top of the candle to the middle in a
downward motion, then from the bottom of the candle to the middle in an upward
motion.
B. For ritual of banishment: anoint oil from the middle of the candle to the top in an
upward motion, then middle to bottom of the candle in a downward motion.
6. Bless and consecrate the candle.
7. Meditate on desired outcome.
Some people do not use matches to light candles, the sulfur is considered unclean.
If you feel this way, use an incense starter or stick to light your candles.
To extinguish a candle, snuff it out or wave your hand over it hard enough to make a
breeze to put it out.
Do not blow or pinch it out. Blowing a candle out blows desires away, and pinching a
flame pinches out desires.

Candle Therapy and Crystals
Using candles as therapy has been around for thousands of years, and has been practiced
by nearly every religion. Candle therapy can be used to unite the powers of mind, body,
and Spirit. From ancient times to the present, Candles have lit our way through every
transition! From celebrations and ceremonies to proclamations and processions! The
candle's' flame has always been a metaphor for the soul! It possesses a tranquil and
almost hypnotic atmosphere to those who allow its power to take them to a very special
place.
A candle acts as a "self object". A self object is an object that is a reflection of our self, a
reflection upon which we can act. The candle reflects the Spiritual and ethical changes we
would like to bring about in ourselves. It burns as a reminder and symbol of our desires.
Sometimes we have to hand our dreams over to a force more powerful than we are.
The techniques of allowing candles to help in Crystal work involve holding a selected
crystal in your hand or hands or placing the stone on the floor or table near you and your
mat and allow yourself to focus on the mineral as you meditate.
In a meditative or yoga group circle, you may place the candles and Crystals in the center
of the group. Make sure that the intention of the entire group is that of the same intent.
Crystals can allow one to reach higher Spiritual levels during Meditation. The crystal
magnifies one's personal energy by aligning and connecting with universal power. The
candle can center and align by concentrating on it's flame.
If you decide to make your own candles, you can incorporate crystals into the candles as
an energetic component.

2. Don't use antibacterial soaps. (They encourage the growth of antibiotic-resistant bacteria.)
3. Drink lots of fluids. (Especially hot herbal antibacterial teas such as sage, thyme, rosemary.)
4. Start your day with a cup of cool yogurt or hot miso soup. (Both encourage strong immunity.)
5. Make nourishing soups with the immune-enhancing roots astragalus and eleutherococcus.*
6. Spray your nasal passages with a saline solution or a xylitol rinse. (Kills viral particles.)
7. Be wary of diets that radically alter what you eat. (They tend to depress the immune system.)
8. Eat well-cooked leafy greens like kale, collards, and mustard greens. (Strengthens immunity.)
9. Add lots of arugula and watercress to your salad. (They're antiviral.)

Native American LorePosted by Rev Carol Ingle
Ghost Woman
All civilizations around the world speak of the appearance and influence of spirits for reasons
that may include:
immediate warnings
personal guidance
global prophecy
Our reality has played out many scenarios in the same space - but different timelines - their
projected images bleeding into the grid matrix of each experience. Native Americans often
recount tales of ghostly manifestations, many that teach lessons. Here are a few examples...
A Teton Ghost Story
Long ago there was a large band of Dakota-Sioux Indians who had spread to a village in the
present Jackson Hole Basin of Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming.
The Teton band flourished, and its people were healthy and strong because they ate plenty ofbuffalo meat. Usually when they camped for the night, a crier would go among the lodges
and call: "There will be many buffalo tomorrow. Be on the alert!"
One day after the Tetons returned to their camp from a hard buffalo hunt, a young man
announced that he wished to marry the most beautiful girl in the tribe, the Chief's daughter.
Her father said, "I will not give you my permission until you bring me many horses." So the
young Indian set out in search of many wild horses, hoping to please the Chief and win his
beautiful daughter for his bride.
While the young brave was away, his tribe abandoned their regular campsite and moved
elsewhere. Later, the young Indian returned to the deserted camp with several captured
horses. As it was late in the day he thought he would take shelter nearby in a solitary lodge.
At first, he could not find a doorway into the lodge, because the sides were covered halfway
up with sod.

21/52
Finally, he managed to make an entrance. Inside were four high posts that had been driven
into the ground. The posts supported a kind of burial bed. On the bed lay a woman whose
clothes were ornamented with elk's teeth. She turned her head looking down at the young
Teton brave. He immediately recognized her as a member of his tribe--but now she was a
Female Ghost. They stayed there for a long time and she became his wife.
One day he said to himself, "I think I will go on a buffalo hunt." Although he did not speak
aloud, the Ghost Woman knew his thoughts and said, "You are hungry for buffalo meat?
Mount your horse and ride back to the bluffs. "When you come to the buffalo herd, rush into
the centre of them and shoot the fattest one. Bring home the hide and buffalo meat. Roast
the meat and bring me a share before you eat yours."
The young Teton Indian brave left and followed Ghost Woman's instructions. When he
reached the valley, he came to a large herd of buffalo. He charged his horse at full speed intothe middle of them and shot the fattest one. He skinned it and cut up the meat, carrying the
robe and meat upon his packhorse.
He skewered a large piece of meat and roasted it until it was cooked enough, then he took it
to Ghost Woman, who was standing in the centre of the lodge. Her husband was startled to
see her standing there. Rows and rows of beautiful beadwork decorated her leather clothing.
Already knowing what the young brave was thinking she said, "Please do not be afraid of me!
"
From that time on, they talked freely and planned what they would like to do. The young
Indian brave said, "Why don't we begin our life together like our parents did when they were
first married?" But the Ghost Woman replied, "No, no, that would never do, because we will
need to pitch our tent during the day and travel by night." The young brave wondered about
this arrangement.
That is how it happened that they traveled at night. Ghost Woman walked ahead with her
head covered, never saying a word to her husband as they travelled. Her legs were invisible.
She made no noise as she floated along, ghostlike.
Whenever the young Teton Indian brave thought about anything, Ghost Woman already
knew what it was that he had in his mind. Is this why the Teton Indians say, "Beware of
Ghosts because Ghosts know all things."

They say Ghosts know when the winds blow and which ones. Ghosts know when there will be
snow. Ghosts know when there will be thunder and lightning. Ghosts are glad when the winds
blow, because they can float along more swiftly as they travel from place to place.
This is the way Teton Ghost Woman and the young Teton brave lived. Their tribal people
never found them again. The Chief's daughter wondered why her young brave never returned
to her.
Finally, the young brave also became a Teton Ghost, floating along with the Teton Ghost
Woman, every night, forever.
Ghost of the White Deer
A lore of the Chickasaw People of Oklahoma
A brave, young warrior for the Chickasaw Nation fell in love with the daughter of a chief. The
chief did not like the young man, who was called Blue Jay. So the chief invented a price forthe bride that he was sure that Blue Jay could not pay." Bring me the hide of the White Deer,
said the chief. The Chickasaws believed that animals that were all white were magical. "The
price for my daughter is one white deer." Then the chief laughed. The chief knew that an all
white deer, an albino, was very rare and would be very hard to find. White deerskin was the
best material to use in a wedding dress, and the best white deer skin came from the albino
deer. Blue Jay went to his beloved, whose name was Bright Moon. "I will return with your
bride price in one moon, and we will be married. This I promise you." Taking his best bow and
his sharpest arrows Blue Jay began to hunt.Three weeks went by, and Blue Jay was often hungry, lonely, and scratched by briars. Then,
one night during a full moon, Blue Jay saw a white deer that seemed to drift through the
moonlight. When the deer was very close to where Blue Jay hid, he shot his sharpest arrow.
The arrow sank deep into the deer's heart. But instead of sinking to his knees to die, the deer
began to run. And instead of running away, the deer began to run toward Blue Jay, his red
eyes glowing, his horns sharp and menacing. A month passed and Blue Jay did not return as
he had promised Bright Moon. As the months dragged by, the tribe decided that he would
never return. But Bright Moon never took any other young man as a husband, for she had a
secret. When the moon was shinning as brightly as her name, Bright Moon would often see
the white deer in the smoke of the campfire, running, with an arrow in his heart. She lived
hoping the deer would finally fall, and Blue Jay would return.
To this day the white deer is sacred to the Chickasaw People, and the white deerskin is still
the favorite material for the wedding dress.

Eight simple steps for recording and
exploring a dream
Posted by Chayenna
1. Give your dream a title, who reflects the essence of the dream. Like this when you reread the dreams afterweeks, months or years later, it brings direct the story of your dream back in your mind
2. Describe the main actions as run, write a letter, making a call, or driving. Are these ordinary or special
activities in your daily life and why
3. Notice the feelings in the dream and when you wake up, your waking feelings about the dream. Are they
related to your daily life? Do you have the same feelings when you're awake and when you sleep?
4. Describe the dream environment. Is the environment natural or man made? A natural area contains
forests, mountains, lakes, beaches, parks and gardens. A man-made environment contains subjects as cars
trains, buses, city streets, airports, buildings, computers, etc. Changes the environment of one species to the
other?
5. Describe the people and their properties. On which part of yourself or any person in your life are similar to
the dream people?
6. Note the symbols and the objects who are striking
7. Summarize in a few words together what the dream seems to say. Do this spontaneously, intuitively and
without reference to an official book about dream interpretations
8. Make your dreams come true by in your waking life to give action the message suggests.
When you write down your dream on this way, it gives you some key points. You dont need to write then
the entire story down. When you dont have time to write the key points, write then later what every aspect
of the dream mans for you. Together with the message of the dream
The environment in the dream
Many people ignore the environment where the dream takes place because they think that this is
unimportant for the story of the dream. The environment is similar to the background of a theater stage it
describes the place of action and gives guidance on what is happening then. According to Jung: the
description of the location is very important, the place where the dream takes place makes huge difference
for the interpretation

Your feelings in the dream
Emotions are the most important element of every dream. In our dream analysis we must not only describe
the feelings in our dream, but also the feelings when we are awake and look back to the dream. What do you
feel, and think about the environment, the people, the symbols, the actions,
That pops up in your dream?
Dreams picking up our deepest inner feelings, which most of us have learned to hide so deeply that we often
do not even know what our real feelings are. Dreams offer us again our feelings disguised as images, symbols
and metaphors. If we translate the images back into feelings we can face and identify our true emotions, and
that can lead to poignant healing of the Spirit.
What happens in a dream?
Dream Actions and especially how we feel when we see it happing or do it by our selves, are also an
indication of what the theme of the dream try to tell you. If a dream is full of action so that you cant describe
them all, write then only two actions how are the most strangest or most notable and leave the rest. . Look
how dream are related with your awaken life. Are they into contradiction with each other? Look at every
aspect of your dream through the eyes of someone who has just arrived from another planet.
Dream Acts
Some of the most common operations from the endless series of acts that we perform in our dreams which
may include everything that we awake in our lives have seen, heard or done.
- Be chased- Run
- Fall from windows, mountains, stairs or falling into dark holes or dark pools of water
- Clamp sit in uncomfortable close tunnels or caves
- Search to toilets, urinate or defecate in public places
- Driving a car or any other form of transport, running to get a planes, trains or buses
- Dancing on stage or reading in public and you suddenly realize that you are half or completely naked
- Searching for handbags, wallets, money, tickets and passports
- Searching a way out or searching for people in endless corridors
- sex with somebody else then your own partner, sex with more then one, sex with somebody of your own
gender

See how you feel during and after the dream. Are you in panic or hilarious when you are running, falling or
flying. If you have a vehicle do it feels confident or do you feel nervous behind the wheel, or are you walk and
push behind? What feelings does it give when you become aware that you are standing naked before a
crowd? If you walk and find a passport, money or hidden jewels, are you excited and expectantly, or afraid
not to find what you are looking for? What are your feelings and thoughts about sex dreams
What our dream acts are, they reflect what we are doing in our wakeful life. If you running away in your
dream, there may be in your waking life you avoiding something - something that your eyes can not or dare
to see. If you're looking for lost passports, keys, treasures, licenses, hidden diaries, you are maybe looking for
lost " parts of yourself, old identities which must be replaced
Acts in nightmares
All fears and concerns that we have in our wakeful life, be in a nightmare exaggerated. So we rush to the
train, plane, bus, or to that very important appointment, and come too late. We try to run, but we can not
because our feet are glued to the ground - or our legs would not move because they are stuck in mud,
cement or water. We can be paralyzed. Our hair and teeth fall out; our face breaks in half as a broken mask.
We forget where we live or where we have parked the car. We drive in cars whose brakes refuse; we fly or
climb a mountain and collapse suddenly down. We are chased, caught put choked, or in any way threatened
by a monstrous figure of evil that we wake up with crashing heart and fear
This type of dream recall uncertainty about what we do, and can also encourage us to better prepare for a
certain task
The best way to deal with the nightmare or dream threat is to return there as soon as possible Imagine that
you are back in the room. Brace yourself for the confrontation with the cause of fear or threat and assign it
with your finger or a jet color, light or love for that to shrink to marketable size. Remember that you are
dealing with emotional energy in dreams is often exaggerated. If the threat once small enough to tackle, hold
you down and asks: "Who are you?" What are you? Which part of me did you? How can I heal you or help?
How can you help me? See the threat face and overcome that, instead of make to run away.
Dream People
The players in our dreams - from the ordinary to the great - to highlight good and bad and indifferent parts of
ourselves. What they also have secondary meaning. They draw our attention to properties that we find
objectionable, we are not aware or that we should recognize and respect. Through a dialogue with whether
or not our waking life dreams famous people can we learn the dynamics of our relationships better. People in
dreams give us a chance to practice and rehearse for situations in our wakeful life. Dreams in which
appearances of someone drastically changing - different failure modes or shrink face - may indicate fear of
old age. For loss of sexuality or attractiveness, it may mean that we handle a situation likely to lose, or the
need to maintain the facade that we show to others to let go, or even that we might have nar dentist. When
we are witnesses of an attack or murder, or within the dream scenario that we like to do, it usually means
that an aspect of ourselves we should abandon that struggle, or that we no longer need to grow and our to
develop or that we should remove such a parent or teacher who exercises an influence which we should
block

Dream symbols
Dream Symbols, alive or dead, we can study in much the same way as other parts of the dream. If there is a
hat, a metal clothes hanger and a pair of scissors as objects appear in your dream, remember or even in the
general theme of the dream modify or not to appear to hear. Why?
What associations do you have in waking life to these objects? Are you using them, always or only
occasionally? A "hat" would be frivolous if you think of a day at the horse, or a picnic with champagne. If you
have a hat in context, with skiing or religious marriages and funerals, it means something very different. A
metal hanger for you might be insufficient or inferior if you prefer to hold hangers have, or perhaps has to do
with dry cleaners or hotel rooms. Scissors may indicate operations, sewing, cutting, hairdresser, toe nails and
so on.
In general pay living symbols such as animals, flowers and plants refer to innocent, naive, natural childlike
parts of ourselves and connect us deeper with our emotional side. Flowers symbolize purity, beauty, truth
and perfection, and ensure that we feel happy. Animals symbolize the animal, instinctive, wild game or
domestic side of our nature, look at what the animal, means for you..
Dream Dictionary
Many people prefer to use a dictionary of dream interpretations instead of taking the time to work out their
own symbolism. It is not logical to think that dream symbols precise and unvarying meanings. The meaning
that we give now to a word, can be very different next year. People who interpretation dreams in this way
will therefore get a superficial meaning of the dream, and do not that the personal material from their
waking life is the basis of the actual message of the dream
The importance of personal interpretation
Freud once said:
The dreamer knows what his dream means, but he knows not that he knows, and why does he think he does
not know.
Many people will recognize the description. To understand our dreams, we prefer to listen to a dream
specialist, the local psychic, a friend or a book - everything and everyone except ourselves. However, only a
dreamer can translate and understand the message of his own dream Because a dream is an intimate
message of the soul to the personality. Understanding gives a new and deeper understanding of our self, The
translation of others are always colored through own experiences, observations and prejudices
A dream is a coded message that belongs to only one dreamer, we should never rely exclusively on
interpretations of another. How universal dream symbols appear to be, they are exclusive expressions of the
person that dreams them, and must be interpreted as so.
Black and white dreams are mostly sober - intellectual - and colorful dreams suggest emotions and creativity.
Notice always numbers, style figures, colors, strange words and names in a dream
Remember that every dream can have 2-3 or more interpretations or messages.
When you look with different views to a dream you can enhance their understanding.. Do not be afraid to
make mistakes in the exercises. Say to you: On this way I understand my dream at the moment. Maybe I
understand it tomorrow, next month or next year otherwise.

Is it OK to use a Ouija Board?
Posted by LilWren
Answer: No, they are unreliable and dangerous.
Ouija Boards are often found in department store toy departments
and in toy stores. It's a divination board that has the letters of
the alphabet, the numbers, plus the words "yes," "no," and sometimes
"good-bye," and "maybe." A three-legged device is used as a
pointer. Someone can ask a question, their hands are placed lightly
on the pointer and an answer is spelt out by a visiting "spirit."
They actually do work. A real spirit will usually come and give you
a response. But you will never see a witch or psychic use a Ouija
Board. Why so?
Ouija Boards have a huge problem. The problem is there is no way to
arrange for a specific spirit, like a specific deceased relative or
friend, to come and answer questions. No one knows why, but friendly
spirits don't seem to like Ouija Boards. Or they don't like the
company of negative spirits that are drawn to Ouija Boards. In fact,
the very last place you are likely to contact a deceased relative
or friend is through a Ouija Board.
Using a Ouija Board is like opening the front door and asking
everyone to come in. You have no idea who will actually walk in
the door. It could be neighborhood thieves, murderers, insane
people, etc...
It is not that the Ouija Board is "evil" as some people believe,
it is that some spirits are simply not nice, well-meaning, or
mentally well balanced. Some unkind spirits find joy in frightening
humans. Others find joy in giving wrong or harmful information.
Thus, I must tell you that the use of the Ouija Board is simply
unreliable and surprisingly dangerous.
If you have a Ouija Board I strongly urge you to get rid it now!
Destroy it and thrown it out in the trash.

Siberian Center for Eurasian Projects in collaboration with a Sweden delegation and
Abode of Dawn, a spiritual creative ecological Abode of Dawn community
Abode of Dawn new horizons
About an international expedition to Krasnoyarsk region the Vissarion communitySayan Mountains, 14 23 August 2011
The Sayan Beautynew horizons seen from the Abode of Dawn.
By Nina Goncharova
This expedition has been the final event of the summer 2011 Earth is Our Common Home expedition. The idea
is to put together creative streams of visions and actions from Siberia Russia Sweden and the world to creating an
international network of interconnected communities as Peace Villages co tuned with each other, with the Highest Will, with the nature for creating a new sacred space and a new attractive reality. For this very task Pax and Helen Tielman -
a couple from Sweden resonated and arrived in Siberia. Pax specially investigated the Tamera community in Portugal
and took part virtually in the Peace Ship expedition by sending his Eco Communities for the Future presentation. Now
they heard the call of Siberia and Sayan.
Why have you arrived to Siberia? asked Sofia, my friend, while driving us by her car all from the airport in
Novosibirsk. We are totally fed up with European life, said Helen and both of them added that they would love to
experience what is Siberia and Russia in reality.
On the 14th of August 2011 we (Pax, Helen, Artyom and me) left Novosibirsk by train to Abakan city. I felt an
invisible legend happening as these two people from Europe decided to step to Nowhere by feeling that great changes
are happening all over the planet and they wanted to act together
Early in the morning on the 15th
of August we arrived at Abakan city the capital of Hakassia. We took a suburb
train and continued our trip to reach the place where 20 years ago, in the depth of Siberian taiga a humane community
was born and has been created by people from all corners of Russia and the world. It was founded by Vissarion who
awakened to his mission when he was 29 years old, and since that time he has been constantly moving forward
bringing people Gods Word and putting this word into life by practical living on Earth. I started to recollect how
together with his collaborators Sergey Chevalkov and Stas Kazakov we invented the idea of a personal meeting of
Vissarion and Talgat Akbashev to unite these powerful streams of creative energy for the future. And really this
meeting took place in Krasnoyarsk during the People Assembly of Siberia as a part of a Living Stream project. Since that
time we have been acting in parallel and together. After visiting the community, my wish to support this activity has
been growing and it can be manifested in creating a network of interconnected communities as one big human family

It took two hours by the suburb train and two hours by bus to reach my beloved village Gulyaevka situated
rather close to the Mountain with a sun city. Elena Petrovskaya, with whom we met at the Call of Baikal forums in 1999
and then in Krasnoyarsk, awaited us. Elena moved to Gulyaevka in November 2010 and since that time for almost a
year, her house has been under construction so that it could host many people. Tatyana Kurashenko, another woman
from our Education for Life movement (we started a Call of Baikal forum in 1997 and then trekked for Shumak the
Third Eye of the planet. There is also Oleg Aristarhov from Cheremshanka village with whom we travelled all over
Altai in 2006 for cultural cooperation.
Pax and Helen observing Siberia from the train
Gulyaevka greets us with a blue sky and the Russian banya lovingly prepared by our friends right on the shore
of Kazir river. For our foreign friends it is the first opportunity to swim in a cold Siberian river after the banya. In the
evening, we visit the Gulyaevka small Chapel and create a circle of friendshipOlegs heartfelt and beautiful singing
fills us with joy connecting all of us into one whole with the heavens, each other and this place.
On the 16th of August, we leave for Petropavlovka to meet Vladimir Vedernikov, one of the key managers of the
community. Our meeting takes place in the house of Tanya Denisova a woman who moved from Moscow many years
ago. She hosts many people from all over Russia who come mostly for the communitys annual celebrations.
An ennobled Petropavlovka, Krasnoyarsk region
Vladimir arrives at Tanyas house and we see a tall, handsome man with a kind and radiant face. While we met
his mobile phone rang several times and Vladimir explained that more and more people from all over the world arrive
and all of them need attention. Pax speaks about his spiritual search telling that he happened to meet several teachers
and each of them considered his teaching to be the only way for saving the humanity. And here he met simplicity and
freedom. Then we go on speaking with Vladimir in Russian. Our topic is about the best way of integrating our
opportunities on international level with the Peace Pole idea of the Vissarion. Vladimir says: Let us act together. For
example imagine you need the land for some thirty people from all over the world to become one community. He
adds a profound thing: We should be in time and I wish you could not search for us with flashlights. It brings me afeeling of a legendary migration that is meant to happen on the eve of a New Time. I felt huge responsibility for giving
the people the Call who might still hear it.
That very day we went by car to visit one of the khutors some 3 km from Gulyaevka village. Suddenly the
wheels got stuck in the mud and I immediately recollected a fragment from the Surrogates film, when all the cars
stopped and the voice said: Now we will have to live on our own. Our team Oleg, Pax, Helen, Artyom and me
managed to pull the car from the mud. I could not but think about horses who would easily overcome this obstacle I
felt how our team had become one due to the obstacle that we all had to overcome
When at last the car was pulled out, our friendly team was presented with the gift from Mother Nature big
mushrooms.

At last we were in the khutor, a remote beautiful place the nomadic home of three families that live together
as one united family. Their life is simple and full of heroism. Sunset was almost upon us and we saw a wonderful small
house made from the soil it happened to be the Russian banya. At the moment the three families lived together in
one big tent and by the autumn they will bring a house already built in the village. The idea of the khutor is to learn to
live together in nature and create a new living path to the Mountain.
The miraculous banya With Lyuba (in blue and red dress)
On the way back we met Nicolay, Juybas husband and initiator of the Path project. He invited everybody to
join their family. In the evening when we approached Lenas house in Gulyaevka, we saw several people two Kazaks
among them. I happened to hear only one phrase: In the time of Atlantis people were informed about the coming
changes but only some of them moved to different parts of the worldthe rest faded together with Atlantis It
brought the feeling of eternity and some deep inner reflections about the times of Atlantis
On the 17th of August we visited Cheremshanka village to get our foreign friends registered and happened to
meet an international media group from USA and Serbia. Then we all left for the Golden city first by cars and then by
foot. The young people were interested in cooperation with our good friends - the Bridging Heaven and Earth team.
While trekking, we spoke about a new time and the changes happening all over the planet and again I felt that our
common concern was to create conditions for the youth of the world to live in a different world.

And here we are at the Gates to the Abode of Dawn (it was called earlier the Sun City). The air is
fresh, fragrant and full of awesomeness as the presence of the invisible worlds is felt. I hear Artyom translating
one of the foreign women: Remember Dantes Divine Comedy? There was a note at the gates to hell:
Everybody who enters this gate, abandon all Hope. And here, see, the meaning is in contrast with the one of
Dante: Everyone who enters this gate, accept Hope
The gates to the Abode of Dawn Accept Hope meeting near the gates
We entered the city and were greeted by a team of kind men dressed in white. The city consists of 14
streets situated in a circle around the center of the city with a symbolic Two Wings sculpture. All the houses are
wooden, simple with no locks and gardens instead of fences.
Pax and Helen are hosted by Adrian and Anna Kastro a Swedish family so that they could directly
communicate. Artyom, I and Tatyana Kurashenko are hosted by Vladimir a former miner, and Vera teacher of
history at the Mountain school. When we arrive at their house, we also meet Valera, Peter and Irina all citizens of the
Vissarion community who live in other villages and who have arrived at the mountain to take part in the annual
celebration. During the very first conversation Vera invites Artyom to teach history in the Mountain school
On the 18th of August, it is the day of Celebration. On that very day twenty years ago the first preaching of the
Vissarion happened and at that time he announced the creation of a community in the Siberian taiga. The day starts
with the liturgy in the center of the city. I feel many things happening in the invisible worlds while people sing in the
open air. I think that in the future will feel each other, nature and the Highest worlds in silence, while singing and in the
simplicity of every moment of life. And now we observe the great inner work of people from all over the world who
send their best intentions, words, dreams into the heaven.
After the liturgy we ascend for the Heavenly Dawn and again I am astonished by the view - right on the high
mountain close to the Unity Temple there are solar batteries, big green houses, many flowers and a beautiful hand
made path All has been created by human hands and hearts. Is it not a heroic endeavor of thousands of people,
united by one and the same aspiration?

We silently climb down having our own reflections. After dinner we all together go to the Tiberkul Lake. (It
means a Divine Lake). The lake charms us with its beauty, warm water, and blue clay as we see lots of people covered
by the healing blue clay and hear jokespeople call these people avatars
Adrian and Adelaida Kastro Tiberkul Lake, 18 August 2011 Pax and Artyom
At 17:00, we are here again opposite the Gates to start ascending again to have a Fusion meeting with the
Teacher. Thousand of people are ascending for the mountain and for their true self. We climb the mountain togetherwith our Swedish old and new friends as we have Adrian Kastro, who has been here living in the Sun City. He moved
from Sweden for Siberia many years ago. As soon as we reach the place of the fusion we hear Sergey Chevalkov
speaking about inner silence and peace inside our hearts. When we are ready and have peace inside, our Teacher will
feel it and come. Again inspiring songs and sounds of violins (it is children who perform it) fill the air and the space. In
the growing harmony of the heart resonance we feel how something sacred and unbelievable is happening on the
Earth here and now. A new humane brotherhood is being born. The time has come Its special to us it marks the
beginning of a historical event of the greatest change of the human essence world wide the victory of a man over his
second I under whose slavery he has been living for thousands of years The hour is near when the whole world will
be interested in the things taking place here And it will be impossible not to notice the things you do here... You will
show very quickly that humanity can exist, with another character of life-managing. And really here they are
people from different countries surrounding us. There are our Swedish people, a young woman from Austria, and some
people from Germany. I also see our new media friends from USA. My thoughts are about the fusion of our movement
with this great Accomplishment.
People before the Fusion, 18 August Children playing violins on the mountain
And now a really mystical feeling is there from the mountain in a white garment slowly and confidently Vissarion
comes down. I have a strange feeling that one and the same message steps on the Earth. But this time it is both Word
and Action going together hand in hand. The Word of Vissarion is very short but full of meaning. In his every word a
great Hope is there and it is about people who can do the things they have come to fulfill to create a new, never
existed, different, humane, self sufficient society of happy people co creators. I happen to translate his word to our
Swedish friends, and also to all the people who approached and surrounded us in order to hear his word in English.

Vissarion, 18 August A part of our international group after the Fusion, 18 August
We come down with flashlights When we come closer to the center there are fire works blossoming with all
rainbow colors. A strange feeling
Late in the evening in our big mountain family in Vladimirs house we have friendly conversations and jokes
and something very different that you can not find in the ordinary cities and villages.
On the 19th of August again a blue sky covers us with blessings. We find out that our media American friends
have their meeting with Vissarion and that we leave the Abode of Dawn at 12. At the Gates, we have a spontaneous
meeting with two men and speak about Talgat and Vissarions meeting organized at Krasnoyarsk. They do know that
they both kept silence during the meeting. I again recollect my feeling when I could not be there with them and I
prayed for the meeting to be silent This is the way I foresee our meeting too. I sense that this meeting will blossom
with new collaboration as we are all really one.
We leave the Sun City later as soon the meeting is over. We climb down easily and rather quickly - the way
we ascended the mountain two days before. Our Pax courageously treks though he damaged his knees during these
two days of unusual walk for him. His rucksack is carried by Vladimir Vedernikov And again following the wooden
paths we can not but feel admiration for the heroic activity of thousand of devoted people who have created it with
their own hands in the former wild Siberian taiga. I recollect Sergey Chevalkov and Stas Kazakov stories about the way
they started
In Gulyaevka, Lena Petrovskaya, Larisa from Zheleznogorsk town, Ludmila from Krasnoyarsk city are there
waiting for us. They have prepared the healing banya and the only thing we need is beech tree I go to visit Lenasneighbors Vadim Irina and their mother Raisa Ivanovna. They tell me their story, how they lived for nine years on the
Mountain, co-creating and feeling joy together with Vissarion. They share one of the veniks so that we could happily fit
in Lenas banya. And then a Singing circle of awareness. Everybody speaks about his feelings and reflections about the
Mountain. It is really better to have a living experience, to see with ones own eyes and to feel with our own hearts
what is happening on our small planet at this historical transition time.
We go to bed and I again live through the dream that I had last time in winter while sleeping close to the
Russian stove.A baby is given to me.He is naked. I take him and feel; simply know from within myself that
he has a screw inserted into his back. A feeling of total responsibility for his life overwhelms me. I know that
it is time to act! With some seventh sense I know the place where the screw is put inside his body, my hand
immediately finds this place on his back and quickly takes it out of his body and throws it off. My heart
rejoices! - Now I know that the baby will LIVE!On the 20th of August we visit several homes in Gulyaevka. First we go to our old young friend Christophe,
a musician, creator of choruses, who arrived to the community from Germany and constructed his Music House directly
in his garden. His chorus seminar with German and Austria participants has just ended and we are happy to meet our
new friends we met on the Mountain. We climb to the beautiful roof of Christophes house and feel joyful as we
witness how quickly his house - miracle on the garden grows and how his dream for creating spontaneous choruses
that he, Christophe, so masterfully creates, develops. Then we sing all together feeling the resonance of hearts.

Then we visit one more family Sigfrid and Petra who also moved to Siberia from Germany. We feel the
atmosphere of joy, happiness and creativity there. Petra creates dresses for men and women. This is a good example of
the concept that everybody is a master to create beauty with his/her hands and to give it to people.
Pax and Sigfrid Petra and Larisa Helen in Petras master room
The third family to visit is again a musicians family - Andrey and Irina Teplovs in Cheremshanka village. Andrey
is also a jeweler master. They happened to meet each other in the community and now live together happily having
one and the same Faith in their hearts.
In Cheremshanka village
And last but not least we are at Oleg and Margaritas house. Margarita and her children have cooked a great
and simple dinner very delicious as every vegetable has been grown in their own garden. Both Margarita and Oleg
told their own story of how they moved to the community some 9 years ago. Their stories have one thing in common
both wanted to express their real life dream and to live freely and happily together as one family. Then their two
children perform a joyful song about pan cakes while we eat pan cakes. And one more song about the joy to live
and co create together. There is one thing in common for all people we have met all of them were capable to step
into the Unknown, to trust the Highest Will and then all that was needed followed their dreams the very best way.

In the evening, we are back at Gulyaevka and are invited to visit one more house: that of Alexander Grachev
and take part in a wonderful musical party. Wonderful party as this musical circle in a remote Siberian taiga has put
together people from different countries as one family. Different languages, different melodies, different musical
instruments and one common Faith and aspiration to live and co create freely, joyfully and together.

Kuragino. On the way to Kuragino he tells us his story he moved to the community 9 years ago from Kemerovo an
industrial city of Siberia and he is very much interested in creating a pure space here and is ready to get equipment forwaste. We feel close connection with him - Andrei refuses to take any money Here we are aga in in Kuragino to take
a train from Abakan to Novosibirsk.

What would you do to change how things are now..for all of Earth and its
inhabitants..set aside race and religion.Look at the Earth as a whole and ask your
self what you would like to see and that would help all in progression for
generations to come.
with me I would say teaching and giving those being taught to study multiple
subjects being medical, science, ecology, geology with no limitations. to let them
study it as long as their interest hold then if wish to move on to another field do
so then..think if more were givin a chance without limitation could learn so much
more and what they learn can be taught to others. This is about us mapping our
future how we see it should be and how it can be done or utilized. with all we
have and know now..
forget what we know about government ran projects or any government
limitations ..we have to think out of the box..we have been so conditioned to think
in the box..we have to break from that..

Should You Keep Your Cats Inside?
Posted by Onecrow
Because I stated my opinion: that cats should be kept indoors.
First, there are several medical reasons for why to keep your cats indoors. Let the statistics do
the talking: the average outdoor cat lives to two years of age, while the indoor cat lives to a
more geriatric age (approximately 15 to 18). So ultimately, it depends on how long you want to
have your cat around.
As a veterinarian, Ive seen too many cats succumb to the trauma of outdoor living: being
mauled by dogs, maimed by cars, shot by BB guns, etc., only to have pet owners who couldntafford to have them treated (resulting in euthanasia).
Risks for Outdoor Cats
Increased exposure to outdoor poisons (e.g., a few bites out of your day lilies or licks of antifreezefrom your neighbors driveway can result in life-threatening acute kidney failure)
Increased risk of catching deadly cat viruses like feline leukemia (FeLV) or feline immunodeficiencyvirus (FIV)
Increased risk for pet overpopulation (If your cats not neutered or spayed yet, please dont let him orher out!)
Contributing to the spread oftoxoplasmosis all over your neighborhood Contributing to the killing of migrating song birds
Believe it or not, outdoor cats dont necessary have more fun, and yes, indoor cats can be just
as content living indoors. If youve already decided to let your cat outside, just be aware that
once cats have tasted the great outdoors, its harder to keep them from crying for it, begging
for it, or running out when that screen door opens. For that reason, its always the safestapproach not even to let your cat experience the great outdoors to begin with.
Also, if you decide to let your cat outside, just be prepared to have him snatched awaypermanently. A good-intentioned neighbor may think they have found a sweet cat and decide
to keep your cat as their own right after you paid for the spay/neuter and vaccines! Hence, all the Lost Cat: Reward! signs in the hood.

Exercise Inside
If you decide to keep your cat indoors, keep your cat content by committing to exercising your
cat more. Its the simplest way to add environmental enrichment to your cats routine. If you
love your cat (yes, Im trying to use guilt here!), exercise your cat for at least ten minutes, oncea week. First, exercising your cat allows him or her to bond to you more (and hopefully, vice
versa). Second, its a great way to help your cat lose weight and stay trim and healthy. Whilethe majority of cats I see are overweight and sedentary, its not their faultits because theylack exercise by their owner. Third, exercise is important because its great mental andphysical stimulation. Make sure your cat has plenty of cat-safe toys, catnip, cat grass,
scratching posts, and laser pointers to chase.
For all you naysayers, dont get me wrong if I lived in the perfect environment (at the endof a cul-de-sac with minimal traffic, on a farm away from roads, etc.), Id consider letting my
cat outdoors so there are some situations where I think its OK. However, most of my
clients are from an urban environment, where cats and roads dont mix. If you have a fenced in
yard, or can teach your cat to walk on a leash, I think supervised outdoor time is greatprovided youre there to get them out of a bind if necessary (after all, curiosity killed the cat!).
Vaccinate Outdoor Cats
If you do let your cat outdoors, please consult your veterinarian about appropriate vaccine
protocols. I normally dont recommend the FeLV or FIV vaccine, but thats because the FeLVvaccine isnt 100 percent effective and has very rare but potentially severe side effects (like a
cancer called fibrosarcoma at the site of injection). That said, if you allow your cat to go
outdoors, the vaccine is a must (as it is for all the other cats in your household, regardless if
they go out or not!).
Declawed Cats Dont Belong Outside
Finally, if your cat is declawed, please dont let him go outside. While this seems like common
sense to me (as its a dog-eat-dog world out there, and sending a declawed cat outdoors is like
sending him to war without a gun), Ive seen lots of pet owners do it. Common sense may notbe so common, as I often see bird feeders in the yard also. Want to keep your cat outdoors?
You lose the right to use bird feeders!

So, Your Spiritual Awakening Cost You Some Friends?
Posted by Lillie Watcher
Have you noticed a change in your relationships with other people lately? Is it sometimes difficult or awkward to talk
to others about spiritual topics? Do you, at times, feel alone in your beliefs? Have you lost contact with any long time
friends recently? You are not alone!
I'm fortunate to have a lot of Facebook friends who post similar types of links. Too many times, I see a lot of people
who talk the talk but are afraid to walk the walk, due to being ridiculed for their thoughts and posts (GROUPTHINK).
I've lost some longtime friends because of this but have made many, many new ones. Once the ego is released, you
no longer worry about conformity and peer pressure.
Groupthink is a psychological phenomenon that structures various belief systems within a group of people while
discouraging individual creativity and independent thinking. Even within a group of individuals who are spiritually
awakened, you will find groupthink.
If you look at the recorded history of mankind, youll find that this history is merely someones interpretationof alandmark event or evolutionary process, backed by eyewitness testimonial, scientific data, video or faith. The actual
truth may be hidden or distorted for many reasons, but mostly for control and power. Look no further than the
origins of mankind and youll find a plethora of creation myths from all cultures with varying dates of our existence.
Whos right?
Can you talk to your friends about the universe? Do they know what a stargate or chakra is? Are they willing to talk
about ascension or spiritual enlightenment?
When you talk to people about the creation myth, they tend to remain inside the box with a belief system that
supports religions story of creation, which dates mankind back to 4000 B.C. If you raise questions about our true
origins, it tends to separate people and relationships between those who think outside the box versus those whothink inside the box. When these topics arise within relationships, they often create dissention. Its hard for anyone
to admit theyve been deceived for so long and even more difficult to admit they were possibly wrong in their
assumptions.
This is a prime example of how our educational systems keep us locked inside the box without questioning anything
about what weve been taught. Those who remain inside the box are afraid of what others might think if they
venture outside the box, so they remain complacent and subservient while conforming to what society dictates
rather than relying on their own discernment and judgment. People could live their entire lives pretending to be
what society expects them to be and not even know it!
From an ego perspective, our thoughts are basically cultivated by what weve learned from our family, friends,
educational systems and religious beliefs, but what have we truly been taught? What can we say about anything thatwasnt regurgitated to us by someone else?
As evidenced by past life regressions, our previous lives and soul history remain dormant in our cellular DNA and can
be recalled through our subconscious minds through hypnotherapy. Within your cellular DNA, you actually
remember being back with the Source along with all of the things you wanted to accomplish during this incarnation,
as well as all of the challenges you wanted to overcome and all of the people who would lead you to where you are.
This includes the people that have come and gone from our lives.

Sometimes, we project to be someone that we expect others to see in us. In psychology, this is referred to as the
shadow self, where we project an identity that conforms to how other people may perceive us versus being true to
who we really are. Some people may find out that they never knew who they were because they lived their lives
through the expectations of how others will perceive them.
Those who have begun their spiritual journeys may also be confronting these issues, which initially creates cognitive
dissonance. Cognitive dissonance occurs when you get an uncomfortable feeling caused by holding conflicting ideas
simultaneously. This is the transition period that many of us have gone through, where our beliefs have changed, yet
were unsure about relating these new ideas to our friends and family, due to fear or rejection. As our spiritual journeys continue, we become more comfortable within our own beliefs and less concerned about
how our friends and family view this awakening. This is when the ego becomes separated from the self and fear is
dissolved by love. At this juncture, we begin to talk to acquaintances, as well as friends and family, about spiritual
and metaphysical topics, with less regard about what they might think of us or how we may be perceived by others.
In time, spirituality will be the predominant frame of mind and its likely that those who have strayed from us will be
the first in line to ask for help in adjusting to the new paradigm.
Remember this: You are not alone! Those who truly love you will stand by you, no matter what. Those people who
are no longer part of our lives have already played their role in helping us find out who we truly are. Sometimes, it
takes polarity to be able to differentiate who we are and where we're going. This is where the unawakened help
immensely, by providing that contrast which allows us to see the differences.
Envision each awakened person across the planet holding a candle. While your individual candle may not seem like a
lot of light, it greatly contributes to making the world FULL of light and keeps us connected, no matter how far apart
we may be. While it may be painful to lose some dear friends, think about what they have brought to your life and
why.
Chances are, youll end a few old relationships with people who were, at one time, very close to you, only to create
new relationships with like-minded people. Forgive yourself, as well as your friends, if you feel badly about this.
They came into your life for a reason a season or a lifetime:
Reason, Season, or Lifetime
People come into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime. When you figure out which one it is, you will knowwhat to do for each person.
When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need you have expressed. They have come to
assist you through a difficulty; to provide you with guidance and support; to aid you physically, emotionally or
spiritually. They may seem like a godsend, and they are. They are there for the reason you need them to be.
Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring
the relationship to an end. Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away. Sometimes they act up and force you to
take a stand. What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled; their work is done. The prayer
you sent up has been answered and now it is time to move on.
Some people come into your life for a SEASON, because your turn has come to share, grow or learn. They bring you
an experience of peace or make you laugh. They may teach you something you have never done. They usually give
you an unbelievable amount of joy. Believe it. It is real. But only for a season.
LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons; things you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional
foundation. Your job is to accept the lesson, love the person, and put what you have learned to use in all other
relationships and areas of your life. It is said that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant.

Promise Yourself(one the most classic motivational poems)
Posted byBreeze
Promise yourself to be so strong that nothing can disturb your peace of mind.
To talk health, happiness, and prosperity to every person you meet.
To make all your friends feel like there is something in them.
To look at the sunny side of everything and make your optimism come true.
To think only of the best, to work only for the best, and expect only the best.
To be just as enthusiastic about the success of others as you are about your own.
To forget the mistakes of the p
