A quorum must be reached by fifteen (15) minutes after roll call is completed and before any business can be conducted Voting Policy. with the serenity prayer and then introduce the speaker. Each speaker will speak for 45min. to allow for nansition and the basket to be passed after each speaker. Speakers wereselected from a list of names collected over a period of time and mostly at Region.Names of NA members with at least l5yrs clean time who volunteered to speak were putinto a hat and drew at random for fairness but some discussion and adjustments weremade by group majority when we discovered that there were too many east-end areaparticipants. As always we are striving for unity and bringing in people from other areasserves this intention. The schedule( pending conformation of each individual) is asfollows and is subject to change. Back-ups are being arranged as well.
