Novella Savage has a love of the arts, meticulous organizational skills, and is a romantic at heart – making her a thoughtful, down-to-earth consultant who cares about each and every client and their vision for their special day.

In addition to her graphic design skills, Novella brings an extensive background in corporate and social event planning and is a member of the Association of Bridal Consultants, Society of Wedding Planners and Association of Professional Event Designers.

Our wedding planning services include:

Individual ConsultationsYou may be planning a more budget conscious wedding and see the value in investing in a few hours with a professional to get you started, or you may have hit a road block in your current plans and need some redirection. Anything from assistance with finding qualified wedding professionals, contract review, family issues, etiquette questions or design ideas. Individual consultations may be your answer. Booked on an as needed basis, available by appointment in our studio or as our schedules allow in your home. $75.00 per hour

Wedding Day ServicesPerfect for the couple who has done all the planning and sees the value of invest-ing in a Wedding Day Director to orchestrate the day allowing them to be guests at their own wedding. Wedding Day Service includes:• A personal Wedding Day Director• A two-hour consultation to review your wedding details and contracts • Access to Novella Wedding Consultants for advice via telephone or email• Creation of a wedding timeline, detailed checklists and contact sheets• A one-hour walkthrough and finalization meeting with your reception venue• Confirm details with each wedding professional the week of the wedding• Wedding rehearsal coordination• Wedding Day ‘check-in’ calls to bride and groom• Confirm possession of wedding rings prior to leaving for ceremony

Two hours of wedding ceremony coordination typically including:• Organization and set up of ceremony• Distribution of flowers to bridal party and family• Line-Up bridal party and family for processional• Cue / orchestrate wedding professionals for ceremony• Organization of recessional and receiving line

Five hours of reception coordination typically including:• Maintain and coordinate timeline for all events during reception• Cue bride and groom, bridal party, and parents for special events• Deliver final payments and gratuities to wedding professionals• Assist with gifts and personal items at the end of the event
