Jeff Hogrefe, R.Ph., AFAARM graduated in 1987 from Ohio Northern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy, and received specialized compounding training at the Professional Compounding Center of America (PCCA) in Houston, Texas in 2004.
