Harmonizing Mantras Note: Chose not to berate yourself with your thoughts or words. Talk to yourself in a way you would love a loved one to talk to you. Be mindful of your feelings, and choose to be there for yourself with compassion and understanding. When you give yourself permission to shine, you grant the same to everyone around you! Nourishing Activities to Soothe and Revitalise The mind, body and soul. Nourish • Breathe and slow down as you enjoy herbal tea/coffee/hot
chocolate.
