Line Manager Evaluation Prior..

Worried and unsure

He wouldn’t fit in and it would take too much of my

time

Really keen but thought they

would require a lot of support

Will it work?

Line Manager Evaluation Future..

I would like to think my apprentice may have a full time job

within my team

Ideally I would hope we can always have at least one in our

team

Would like to be able to have another as it helped my team and

gave the young person a good

grounding
