Department Civil Secretariat Srinagar/Jammu ADVERTISEMENT NOTICEDated 14-07-2015 The Housing & Urban Development Department, Govt. of Jammu & Kashmiris a State Nodal Agencyfor implementation of Swachh Bharat Mission in the urban areasoftheStateforthispurposetheDepartmentisestablishingaProject ManagementUnitwhichwillprovidetechnicalandManagementsupporttoState NodalAgencyforwhichapplicationsareinvited fromthe permanentresidentsof J&K State for the engagement of different Technical Experts detailed hereunder:- Experts Required:- 1.IEC Expert 2.MIS Expert 3.Sanitation Expert The terms and conditions are as under:- 1.Thepositionsarecontractualnatureinitiallyfor2years,renewalofcontractshallbeconsideredsubjecttocontinuationofscheme.No candidate shall have any right to continue on the said position whatsoever the circumstance may be. 2.Thecandidaesarerequiredtosubmitapplicationonprescribedform, alongwith requisite documents and experience certificates of relevant field. 3.Applicantions duly filled in shall be deposited either in person or by Regd. PostintheofficeofMemberSecretaryJ&KStateUrbanDevelopment Agency (SUDA)/Joint Director (P&S) Housing & Urban Dev. Department CivilSecretariatSrinagar(RoomNo.G/16)alongwiththeBankDraft amountingto Rs.1000/- infavourofMemberSecretaryJ&KSUDAby or before 10th August, 2015. 4.Renumerations, Qualifications/Experiencerequired are given in Annexure A,isuploadedontheofficialwebsiteofHousing&UrbanDev. Department, J&K. i.e. www.jkhudd.gov.in.5.Application Forms(s) incomplete in any manner shall be liable for rejection without assigning any reason. 6.ApplicationFormswithoverwrittings/mutiatedentriesoraccompanying fake/forgeddocumentsshallbeliabletoberejectedwithorwithout penality besides shall attract criminal proceedings. 7.Thecandidateswhoareeligibleforapplyingformorethanonepostare requiredtoapplyontheprescribedapplicationformseparatelyforeach post.Thecandidatresshallalsoindicatehis/heroptionofpriorityincase applying for more than one post.8.Anyqualification/experienceacquiredafterthelastdateofsubmissionof application form shall not be taken into account for any purpose. 9.The prescribed qualification reflectsthe bare minumim requirement of the jobandmerepossessionthereofshallnotentitleacandidatetobecalled for interview. 10.Thecandidatewillbeshortlistedonthebasisofacademicmerit& experience if the number of applicantsis large. The ratio in this case shall be 5:1 (minimum) and 10:1 ( maximum). 11.Thefillingofvacancythroughcontractualappointmentissubjectto availability of funds from Govt. of India under Swachh Bharat Mission. 12.Iftheperformanceofanycontractualappointeeisnotfoundsatisfactory, theH&UDDshallhaverighttotrerminatethecontractbeforetheexpiry of two years, with one monthsprior notice to the contractual appointee. 13.TheH&UDDreservestherighttoacceptorrejectalloranyapplictionForm andshall be at liberty to relaxage, qualification and experience in case of deserving candidates.
