IN MUNICIPALCORPORATIONS OF DELHIUNDER POST CODE 60/2012

1. The DSSSB vide its advertisement No 02/2012 with closing date15/06/2012, had advertised 55 vacancies (UR-30, OBC-16, SC-09) for the postof Community Worker in Municipal Corporations of Delhi under Post code60/2012. Board has conducted One Tier Examination (G) for recruitment tothis post on 21.05.2017 wherein 93 candidates appeared.

2. Marks of 92 candidates who have appeared in written examination havebeen uploaded on Board's website vide notice number 625 dated 10.4.2018.OMR of candidate having roll number 13900099 was not evaluated ascandidate has not correctly bubbled his roll number in the relevantspace / column; accordingly his candidature was cancelled. On the basis of theOne Tier examination 70 candidates were shortlisted to upload their requisitedocuments in e-dossier vide notice number 625 dated 10.04.2018.

3. After preliminary scrutiny of the candidature of candidates as per theprovisions of the statutory Recruitment Rules for the post in respect of the onlyeducational qualification and the terms and conditions of the advertisement,the following candidates are provisionally selected to the Community Worker inMunicipal Corporations of Delhi under Post code 60/2012. DSSSB hashowever not undertaken any veracity/scrutiny of experiencecertificate being technical in nature and is not having detailsabout recognition of the social organistion which is anessential condition of the RRs. Therefore, User Departmentmust ensure and verify the eligibility of the candidate in termsof the essential one year experience as per the RRs and thecorrectness of the experience certificates furnished by thecandidates at their own level.

8. The candidatures of 03 candidates having roll number 13900104,13900191 and 13900103 are rejected as they have not uploaded their e-dossierinspite of providing the facility for uploading the dossier wef 28.03.2018 to11.04.18 and extending it upto 21.4.2018.

9. The selection of the above 49 Candidates shall be further subject to the. thorough verification of the candidature of the candidate by the UserDepartment including the identity of the candidate. All these selection

is purely provisional subject to scrutinizing theexperience details furnished by the candidate inreference to the one year essential experience asprescribed in the RRs for the post by the UserDepartment at their own level. DSSSB has notundertaken veracity! scrutiny of experience certificatebeing technical in nature and not having details ofrecognition of Social Organisation. User Departmentmay ensure their scrutiny! correctness at its own levelbefore issue of offer of appointment.

10. The candidature of the candidate is liable to be cancelled by the UserDepartment, in case candidate is found not fulfilling all the eligibilityconditions of the Recruitment Rules of the post or any other genuine reason.The decision of the User Department/appointing authority regarding theeligibility of the candidate shall be the final and binding on the candidate.

11. The User department shall check the eligibility of the reservation benefit,if any. Further, if applicable User Department shall verify the genuineness ofthe caste certificate furnished by the candidate prior to issuing offer ofappointment to the candidates.

12. The Competent Authority of the User Department shall arrange to verifythe correctness of the information/ documents as furnished in the applicationforms vis-a-vis the original documents including the Matric and ExperienceCertification. Further, the appointing authority shall verify these documentsand satisfy itself about the authenticity of documents/ certificates before finallyappointing the candidates.

13. Mere inclusion of the name of the candidate in the result notice does notconfer any right upon the candidate over the post unless the appointingauthority is satisfied after such inquiry as may be considered necessary thatthe candidate is suitable in all respect for appointment to the post.

14. While every care has been taken in preparing the result, DSSSBreserves the right to rectify errors and omissions, if any detected at anystage.

This issues with the prior approval of the Competent Authority.
