Duties & Responsibilities 1. Shall be in-charge of monitoring the implementation of standards imposed by the Commission upon the GOCCs and its directors and updating the Division and CSO of the same. 2. Shall be in-charge of updating the statuses and filing the documents relevant and necessary to the division for the evaluation of the performance of the different GOCCs. 3. Shall be in-charge of coordinating and disseminating any communication required/ and conveyed by the Division. 4. Shall be in-charge of monitoring and requesting compliance by the GOCCs to the requirements as determined by the CSO for the evaluation of the performance of the different GOCCs and directors of Governing Boards. 5. Shall perform other functions as determined/assigned by the Head of Corporate Standards Office (CSO).
