NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING Members of the Victorian Aboriginal Child Care Agency Co-operative Limited are advised that the Annual General Meeting of the Co-operative for 2015/2016 will be held on: Date: Monday, 28 th November 2016 Venue: Aborigines Advancement League 2 Watt St, Thornbury Time: 2pm Please Note: 1. To be an active member, ie to have voting rights, the annual membership subscription fee of $2.00 must have been paid by 1 st July 2016. Members who have not paid their membership fee by 1 st July 2016 will be unable to vote at this year’s AGM. 2. Director nomination forms for election to the Board (attached) must be submitted to VACCA by 5pm on Wednesday 2 nd November 2016. Nomination forms can be downloaded via our website www.vacca.org or from VACCA at 340 Bell St, Preston. 3. A person is not qualified to become a Director unless he/she is an active member of VACCA. 4. There will be three (3) Director positions up for election. Jason King Secretary
