NOTICE Attention is being made to all employees that the management has noticed that the toilet located at the Ground Floor next to the main office has been misused by the Factory (Operations) personnel. The condition of the toilet is very disappointing as is shows a very poor state of hygiene and cleanliness.

Therefore, the management wishes to inform to all that this toilet is only for main office personnel and their visitors/guests of the company’s exclusive usage only.

With immediate effect, all Factory (Operations) personnel are advised to make full use of the toilets located at the rear of the factory next to the wire drawing line for your needs. Anyone who still refuse to cooperate and ignore this instruction, the management would have no choice but to impose a penalty to all the cost of up keeping.

You attention and cooperation is strictly needed, thank you.

PENGUMUMAN

Perhatian semua pekerja bahagian kilang (operasi) ditarik ke atas masalah kebersihan tandas tingkat bawah sebelah office utama. Pihak pengurusan dapati penyalahgunaan tandas ini menyebabkan tahap kerbersihan serta kesihatan tandas ini amat mengecewakan, oleh demikian; adalah dimaklumkan bahawa tandas ini adalah untuk kegunaan bahagian pentadbiran serta pelawat-pelawat syarikat sahaja.

Justeru itu, berkuatkuasa dengan serta-merta, semua pekerja bahagian kilang (operasi) dilarang menggunakan tandas ini dan anda semua diminta mempergunakan tandas yang berada di belakang kilang besebelahan dengan mesin tarik dawai. Sekiranya ada sesiapa yang mengingkari arahan ini, maka tindakan akan diambil kepada mereka seperti kos pembersihan serta pembaikan akan dikenakan demi memastikan pematuhan arahan.

Kerjasama dari anda semua amat diperlukan dengan tegasnya.
