Note: Mike Abbaduska suggests that we use the Master List at the end of

this scanned manual, choose which areas from it that we need to work,

then go to page 16 and 17 using the list to bind and loose. We have been

using this manual for about a month now and it has proven to be very

effective.

There is more to be scanned in, including a couple pages of morbid fears.

This I will try to do before February 5, 2008.
