The packages are located in the WORKFORCE_DEPLOYMENT subdirectoryof the relevant DVD. Obtain the DVD and install it.CAUTION: Make sure that the CDs you use DO NOT have the followingmaterial numbers.ERP 2005: 51031380CRM 5.0: 51031399These CDs contain the errors described in point 5. To avoid theseerrors, make sure that the CDs have a higher material number BEFOREyou install them.

o Required release.For WFMCORE 200, Basis Release 700 is required. You can installWFMCORE 200 on the following SAP products:

- NetWeaver 7.0 (2004s) (optional: with Enhancement Package 1, 2or 3)

- SAP NetWeaver 7.40

- ECC 6.0 (optional: with Enhancement Package 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7)

- CRM 5.0

- SAP CRM 2007

- SAP CRM 7.0 (optional: with Enhancement Package 1, 2 or 3)

o Import the latest kernel.Ensure that you have imported the latest kernel version into yoursystem. If there is a newer version on SAP Service Marketplace,import the latest kernel.

o Import the latest SPAM/SAINT update.Make sure that you have installed the latest SPAM/SAINT update onyour system. If a newer version is available on SAP ServiceMarketplace, import the new SPAM/SAINT update.

Problems with transaction SAINT 484219

3. Preparing to install WFMCORE 200

- Log on as user<sid>adm for UNIX<SID>OFR for AS/400<SID>adm for Windows NT

- Go to the transport directory of your SAP system. You can alsodisplay the transport directory by calling transaction AL11 andselecting DIR_TRANS.

- Unpack the WFM200IN.SAR archive on the DVD using the followingstatement:for UNIX: SAPCAR -xvf/<CD_DIR>/WORKFORCE_DEPLOYEMENT/INST/DATA/WFM200IN.SARfor AS/400: SAPCAR '-xvf/QOPT/<VOLID>/WORKFORCE_DEPLOYEMENT/INST/DATA/WFM200IN.SAR

for Windows NT: SAPCAR -xvf<CD_DRIVE>:\WORKFORCE_DEPLOYEMENT\INST\DATA\WFM200IN.SAR

- The files named CSR0120031469_0021284.PAT andCSR0120031469_0022454.PAT should be now in the<DIR_EPS_ROOT>/in directory.

- Install the required LCAPPS add-on for WFMCORE 200 inaccordance with Note 836414. The required installation packageis contained in the WFM200IN.SAR archive and was alreadyunpacked using the above statement.

4. Executing the installation of WFMCORE 200

o Log on as the relevant user.Log on to your SAP system in client 000 as a user with SAP_ALLauthorization. Do NOT use the SAP* or DDIC users.

o Display the add-on installation package.Call transaction SAINT and choose 'Load'. After the list ofuploaded packages is displayed, you can return to the initialscreen of transaction SAINT using either F3 or the 'Back' button.

o Start the installation.Call transaction SAINT, select the WFMCORE 200 add-on, and choose'Continue'. If all of the necessary conditions for importing theadd-on have been fulfilled, the system will now display therelevant queue. The queue consists of the installation package, andmay also contain Support Packages and Add-On Support Packages. Tostart the installation process, choose 'Continue'. For moreinformation, call transaction SAINT and choose 'Info' on theapplication toolbar. Refer also to the documentation contained inthe DOCU directory on the CD.

5. Known problems that occur when you install WFMCORE 200

a) Import error regarding the WFD_BUPA change document object / syntaxerror in class CL_WFDBP_ATS.The WFD_BUPA change document object uses the name 'TEST' for itsgenerated Include programs. However, this may still be in use byanother change document object in the customer system. Namingconflicts arise and, consequently, the WFD_BUPA change documentobject cannot be generated when it is imported into the system.This gives rise to syntax errors in the CL_WFDBP_ATS class.

Solution: The problem is solved by importing WFMCORE 200 SupportPackage 07. Import the Support Package into your system. If theSupport Package is not yet available, proceed as described in Note979421.

b) Missing CRM 5.0 menu nodesThe following nodes are missing from the CRM 5.0 SAP Easy Accessmenu following installation of WFMCORE 200:Interaction Center -> Interaction Center WebClient -> Utilities,Interaction Center -> Interaction Center WebClient ->

Administration -> Communication Management Software -> InterfaceSettingsThe error only occurs if you used the incorrect CDs described inpoint 1. It does not occur with CDs that have higher materialnumbers.

Solution: Import CRM 5.0 Support Package 03 into your system. TheSupport Package restores the missing nodes.

c) Inconsistent function group MASS_GENERAL_UTILITIES (only in ECC 6.0systems)The MASS_GENERAL_UTILITIES function group is inconsistent with anECC 6.0 system after you install WFMCORE 200.The error only occurs if you used the incorrect CDs described inpoint 1. It does not occur with CDs that have higher materialnumbers.

Solution: Import EA-RETAIL 600 Support Package 03 into your system.The Support Package corrects the function group.

d) Missing/incorrect SAP Easy Access menu nodesThe (upper node) Interaction Center -> Interaction Center WorkforceManagement contains some incorrect subnodes, and some subnodes aremissing. The correct version is shown in the attachedCorrect_WFM_200_Menu.zip.

Solution: Import WFMCORE 200 Support Package 03 into your system.The Support Package restores the correct version of the menu.

e) Incorrect texts in the SAP Easy Access Menu (in CRM 5.0 systemsonly)In the SAP Easy Access Menu, some nodes have the wrong text. Thefollowing nodes are affected, for example:First subnode under Interaction Center -> Supporting Processes ->Outbound Calling. The English text should read "Generate BusinessTransactions and Call Lists" instead of "Generate Call List".First subnode under Marketing -> Marketing Planning and CampaignManagement -> Administration. The English text should read"Maintain Customer Defaults" instead of "Customers Defaults".This error only occurs if you used the incorrect CDs described inpoint 1, or if you imported additional languages using the WFMCORE200 language files from the CDs with material numbers 51031380,51031463, 51031399, or 51031492 after the installation.

Solution: Import CRM 5.0 Support Package 03 into your system. TheSupport Package restores the correct texts of the menu nodes.

6. After you have installed WFMCORE 200

o Delivery Customizing:

- Delivery Customizing is imported into client 000 and may needto be copied to other clients. For more information, see Note337623.

o Updating MaxDB/liveCache client software

- If you use Release SAP CRM 7.0, you must update theMaxDB/liveCache client software after the installation ofWFMCORE 200. For more information, see Note 1459088.

7. Language support

- The following languages are supported:Bulgarian, Chinese, Chinese (traditional), Croatian, Czech,Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Greek,Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Polish,Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovakian, Slovenian, Spanish,Swedish, Thai, Turkish.

These languages are contained in the WFMCORE installationpackage. The WFMCORE languages are imported automatically inaccordance with the standard languages installed in your SAPrelease. You do not need to import a language transportseparately.

Hebrew is delivered by partners. If you want to install Hebrew,contact your local support. Carry out the add-on languageimport in accordance with the guide entitled "SAP WebApplication Server 7.00 Language Transport".

- If you imported a new default language into your system afteryou installed the WFMCORE 200 add-on, you must manually ensurethat the corresponding language-dependent content of the add-onis imported. You can do this using the WFM200LA.SAR archive inthe \WORKFORCE_DEPLOYMENT\LANGUAGE directory on the 'SAP ERP2005 SR1 Components DVD' or 'CRM 5.0 SR1 Components CD'.

CAUTION: Do not use the WFM200LA.SAR archive on the CDs withthe following material numbers.ERP 2005: 51031380 or 51031463CRM 5.0: 51031399 or 51031492This file causes the error described in point 5 d) above.

- Unpack the WFM200LA.SAR archive in the <DIR_TRANS> directory.Language transports for all of the languages listed above willthen be available in the <DIR_TRANS>/EPS/in directory. Importthe requested language add-on using transaction SMLT, inaccordance with the guide entitled "SAP NetWeaver ApplicationServer ABAP 7.0: Language Transport". Note that the languagetransports for WFMCORE 200 are based on the status of theadd-on installation. If you already imported Support Packagesfor WFMCORE 200 at the time of the language import, see Note195442. Proceed as with the LCAPPS 2005_700 add-on. On thecorresponding CD, you will find the LCAP70LA.SAR archive in theLANGUAGE subdirectory.

8. Password

- During the installation, the system prompts you to enter apassword. This password is 386A170333.
