“We didn’t start the fire!”One of our customers in Greensboro, N.C. was saved by a quick acting fire department, his smoke alarm, and his NorthStar Alarm security system.

Mr. McNeil was in his burning house when the fire department arrived. They were able to rescue him before any serious damage came to him.

We are glad to hear that he is safe and sound.

Medical PendantNancy was 87 years old and still full of life when she finally had to use her medical pendant.

While going through her regular routine she fell and broke her hip. Nancy pushed the button on her medical pendant and within minutes EMTs were there to help her.

Police were dispatched and Raul was contacted. Police arrived within minutes and apprehended the suspects for questioning.
