Who are we?
• Local (Deeside) SME engineering company.• We are a full-service design/build company
with a wide range of experience. • We first opened for business in 1999• We have 9 full time staff, including time served
machinists, experienced plate workers and coded pipe welders (carbon and non-carbon).
• All staff ECITB / CCNSG accredited
Customers
• We serve a wide range of industries including construction, food manufacturing, recycling, waste management, renewable energy, environmental, aerospace, heritage, marine and transport sectors.
• Construction Companies we work with : Grosvenor Construction, Recclesia, B and W
• On procurement register for Veolia, Proactis, Sell2Wales, Morrisons plc, Tulip Foods (Danepak), Flintshire County Council.
Format Capabilities
• Registered SolidWorks 3D modellers
• Ability to read plans or “off-plan” drawings and specifications
• Ability to utilise BIM (building information modelling)
• Isometric drawings
• - and all other standards : email, Ms-office, pdfs, etc
Supply Capabilities
• Mild and high-tensile steel fabrications• Stainless Steel fabrications (all grades)• Aluminium fabrications (to Aerospace standard)
• All the above in either/or – formed plate, – sheet, – sections – or pipework
• Capacity for all work to be carried out in factory or on-site as required.
Current Developments
• Currently awaiting final audit for ISO9001:2008 accreditation (due February 2014)
• Introducing an FPC system and ISO 3834
• Introducing CE Marking to conform with pending EU legislation (July 2014)
