There are currently 12 students in STLP. These 12 students are in kindergarten.

Publicizing our Accomplishents

North Park Elementary School will share our STLP accomplishments through our school newsletters, our local newspaper, on HCETV, through our school and district website, and by participation in local showcases

Getting Out the NewsInformation pertaining to

awards, certificates, trophies, or other accomplishments garnered through STLP.

North Park was awarded “Silver” status for it’s STLP.

North Park participated in the District Technology Fair. A story about the technology fair, showing North Park students, was in the local newspaper. Many leaders in our community attended this event. Students were there presenting our community project.

Pictures of students awarding certificates or trophies to school, or presenting any accomplishment that STLP was involved in will be posted as soon as they become available.

Current North Park Elementary STLP Projects

North Park Elementary Students are collecting used ink cartridges and used cell phones to help our community be a more “green” community. The money that is made from sending these items to a recycling company will be used to provide more technology resources for North Park Students .

Student Participation at Local, District, and State Level

Students from North Park Elementary participated in the district technology fair. This was a very rewarding experience for our students. Our community leaders witnessed preschool/kindergarten students using technology skills.

North Park STLP plans to participate in the Spring District Showcase on March 19.

North Park Elementary STLP Vision For The Future

New Projects for next year including:Care Package Competition among pods to help deployed soldiers in the area.

North Park Elementary will continue to include more students and faculty in our STLP group.

North Park Elementary will promote the good news about our school more actively and involve more technology in the articles.

North Park Elementary will continue to showcase their technology abilities at the District Technology Fair.
