In this presentation we focus on the Lots and Land sector of the North Okanagan residential MLS® real estate market. You can expect updates on all key performance indicators for bare land comparing 2012 to 2013 by month, as well as looking at the evolving trends in Sales, Listing Activiations, Inventory, Absorption, Days to Sell, Average sale price, Median Sale Price and WHERE things are moving. Land was subject to HST here in BC - which has now been eliminated. GST now applies to the sale of land, but there is no PST or transitional tax applied. It will be interesting to see if that impacts the robustness of this sector of the market in coming months.
