Congratulations to everyone on a very produc-tive Term 2. It is always a term that is busy and further complicated by absences as the flu season hits. Let’s hope the holidays will help to stop the spread of bugs and everyone returns healthy in Term 3.

Student reports were sent home yesterday so if you haven’t yet received your child’s report, contact the office. We invite you to contact your child’s class teacher to make an appoint-ment at a mutually convenient time to discuss the report and your child’s progress if you would like to.

I hope you all get a chance to have a break during the school holidays. Make sure you keep safe and we will see you next term. Don’t forget that school returns on Tuesday, 23rd July.

A scene from today’s obstacle course set up for everyone to enjoy and for everyone to

celebrate their individual achievements this term.

Eisteddfod entry forms

are now available at the office.

on a Kindness Project.

Here are some of their

posters.

Sometimes a little kind-

Our whole school social skills focus is

Speak Respectfully!

Our PBL spotlight this fortnight is "Speak Respectfully" and as part of this focus we encourage you to

be a role model to your children when it comes to modelling what respectful language is and sounds

like. You could discuss the following with your children:

what are good manners and when is it important to use them

what words can we use to replace swear words

instead of using inappropriate language, what other strategies can you use when you are feel-

ing frustrated or angry with someone

We are always in need of volunteers to keep our canteen open, please contact canteen manager, Karen Chandler on 0439485451

to discuss any availability you may have to help out.

*This menu may change throughout the year to take advantage of seasonal fruit and vegetable, to add variety or to respond to the

season.
