The NELCDC is a HUD-certified housing counseling agency

The NELCDC is the only HUD-certified housing counseling agency in West Texas that offers its services free to the community

All full-time NELCDC staff are NeighborWorks Center for Homeownership Education and Counseling (NCHEC)-certified housing counselors

The NELCDC is a proud adopter of the National Industry Standards for Homeownership Education and Counseling

NELCDC currently has partnerships with banks, credit unions, mortgage companies, realtors, insurance companies, and legal service providers
