Serena Schmit Marketing / Home & Community Coordinator [email protected] Schmit graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead in May of 2008 with

a degree in public relations and advertising. She began her career at the NDSC as the Home & Community Coordinator. Serena was promoted to Marketing Coordinator in May 2012 where she coordinates all aspects of marketing for the NDSC, including web updates, design, promo-tions and events. She continues to coordinate the NDSC’s Home & Community Program which includes North Dakota Operation Lifesaver, Poi-son Prevention and Self Protection. Terry Weaver Traffic Safety Coordinator [email protected] Weaver attended Aurora Community College and Columbia College in Aurora, Colorado, where she

earned her Associate’s degree. She has more than 17 years of event and program coordinat-ing experience. Terry joined the NDSC in 2007 and took over the Traffic Safety program. Terry implemented the Alive at 25 program in North Dakota. The program has grown to include 32 instructors, and more than 7,000 students in 43 cities have been educated. Since beginning her work in the Traffic Safety field at the NDSC, Terry has implemented an online training program for professional bus drivers, added Slippery Slope to our lineup, and updated our bus driver training program. Terry serves on the following commit-tees:

Don Moseman Traffic Safety Director [email protected] Moseman served in the United States Air Force for 7 years with his last duty assign-ment as a squadron safety

officer. He supervised work and traffic safety for more than 4,000 troops. He served as a state trooper for 20 years with 10 years specializing in driver education and safety programs. Don also served as the Director of Government Programs for the National Safety Council. In total, he has taught more than 1,000 safety courses and instructed more than 15,000 students. He has conducted training for more than 100 law en-forcement agencies across the country and has obtained the following certifications:
