AbouttheSpeakersCarole A. Levitt, JD, MLS, President of Internet For Lawyers and an American Bar Association author, has over 20 years of combined experience in the legal field as a Californian attorney, Internet trainer, law librarian, and legal research and writing professor. She was the “Computer Counselor” columnist for the Los Angeles Lawyer magazine. Ms. Levitt received her J.D. from The John Marshall Law School of Chicago, IL, graduating with distinction, and was a member of the school’s law review. She earned her Masters in Library Science and her Bachelors in Political Science at the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. Ms. Levitt serves on the American Bar Association’s Law Practice Management section’s Publishing Board.

Mark E. Rosch, Vice President of Internet for Lawyers and an American Bar Association author, is the developer and manager of Internet for Lawyers’ website and online education services. He serves at the editor of Internet for Lawyer’s newsletter, The Internet Legal Research Update. Mr. Rosch authors numerous articles about computer technology in the law office for Law Technology News, Los Angeles Lawyer, Law Practice, FindLaw.com, and the Los Angeles Daily Journal, among other publications. Mr. Rosch serves on the American Bar Association’s Law Practice Management section’s Education Board and its State and Local Bar Outreach Committee. He is a graduate of Tulane University.

Together, Mark and Carole authored several ABA LPM books: Google For Lawyers (2010), Find Info Like a Pro, Volume 1 and 2 (2010 and 2011), and two editions of The Lawyer’s Guide to Fact Finding on the Internet (2003, 2006).

MCLECreditThe NC Bar Association Foundation is an accredited CLE sponsor under the MCLE Regulations promulgated by the NC State Bar Board of Continuing Legal Education. This program is approved (but not sponsored) by the Board for the designated number of CLE hours. It is the responsibility of each attorney to maintain a record of his/her attendance at CLE programs for the NC State Bar annual report. MCLE credit is reported only if NC State Bar number is provided.

NCBACLEPassports“Traditional” Passport holders exceeding the 30-hour limit for NCBA Members or the 15-hour limit for Paralegal Division Members will be charged $75 per program. “Hybrid” Passport holders exceeding the 12-hour limit for live or video replays will also be charged $75 per program.

TransfersRegistrants may transfer from a Live program, Video Replay or TeleSeminar without penalty within three working days after the program date. A registra-tion may be transferred once.
