PAT BAKER
Pat Baker is the C.E.O. and founder of Baker Real Estate Incorporated. She is a native of Ontario and a graduate of Queen’s University. With a strong background in Canadian retailing she has been an energetic, professional and vital force in the real estate industry since 1981.
Ms. Baker has been responsible for successful pre- construction marketing and sales programs, distressed resale programs and rental programs for major new home housing and condominium projects in Canada and the United States, selling throughout Europe, in Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Korea, India, Russia, Indonesia, Thailand, Israel and Ireland.
BARBARA LAWLOR
As President of Baker Real Estate Incorporated, Ms. Lawlor is responsible for bringing new business into the company. She is directly involved with the marketing

TINA AMATO
Tina Amato is the Vice-President of Baker Real Estate Incorporated and has worked in the sales and marketing of new condominiums and housing developments since 1995. She works and consults with developers on projects from the initial planning stages to managing the sales process. Tina has travelled extensively throughout Asia (including Hong Kong,
India, Singapore, Shanghai and Jakarta) to market and promote real estate projects for Baker’s clients and has become an expert in international sales.

THE ROSSEAU AT RED LEAVES A STORY WITHIN A STORY
Baker was appointed by Alvarez and Marsal, the Receiver for a syndicate of lenders to sell the remaining 84 suites at the Rosseau at Red Leaves – a JW Marriott operated vacation hotel-condominium in Ontario’s Muskoka Lakes Region.
The Assignment – to develop a sales program and marketing strategy that would deliver the 84 resort sales to the Receiver before the summer season ended (6 weeks time.) Our advertising group developed the print ads, radio campaign, helicopter photography, video and web site in 3 weeks.
Our Public Relations group made sure that every media covered the phenomenon. The campaign, which included eblasts, call centre, reporting systems and sales set-up swung into full gear to work with the 4000+ responses. Three weeks later a staff of 50 greeted prospective buyers at a ONE DAY SALE. The Results – A spectacular success, that netted 78 sales in one-day.
