Tomboko Property

• Nortec is earning an 80% interest in pro-rata stages (1, 2 and 3) inthe Tomboko Gold Property, Guinea, West Africa. The TombokoProperty consists of Tomboko permit, Diguifara Permit andminority interests in the Badamako and the Kouroussa permits.

• The permits are in the northern part of the Birimian Siguiri Basin,a well-known prolific gold producing area. This part of the Basinhosts three multi-million ounce gold mines, the Lero (Nord GoldNV), the SAG (AngloGold-Ashanti) and the Keniéro (SEMAFO),along with several other smaller mines and projects in advancedstages. Historically, the Niger River lowlands have been the siteof extensive mining of alluvial gold and high-grade quartz lodegold in the saprolite (rock altered to clay) that gave rise to severalpast African Empires. Artisanal mining is still very widespread inthe area.

An area containing swarms of Lithium-(Tin-Tantalum) bearing pegmatite dykes that is

part of the Somero-Tammela Pegmatite Region of SW Finland.

Existing Historical Resource (non-compliant with NI 43-101 regulations) from GTK

(Geological Survey of Finland):

400,000 tonnes @ 1.5% Li2O for 6,000 tonnes of Lithia.

~2 million tonnes @ >1.0% Li2O for 20,000 tonnes of Lithia

• Based on historical information and current Lithium prices, the Tammela Project has an

in situ potential value of approximately $100M US. This does not include Tin-Tantalum

and feldspar credits, which have the potential to increase the value further.

Tammela is also regarded as potentially holding a significant gold deposit, within both

the Riukka and Satulinmäki zones .

Completed earn-in stages:

Avalon Minerals to pay Nortec EUR20,000, and

Avalon Minerals to issue 1,000,000 Avalon shares upon the signing of the Heads of Agreement

Stage 1: expenditure of EUR500,000 over a 24 month time period to earn a 51% Interest.

51%/49% joint venture company formed.

Confirmed initiation of Stage 2:

Stage 2: Avalon to pay Nortec EUR200,000 (received) and commit to an additional exploration expenditure of EUR 1,000,000 over a two year period to earn another 29%. (total of 80% earn-in)

Standard dilution clauses will apply once the joint venture agreement is completed.

A Party’s interest will convert to a 1.5% net smelter royalty if that Party’s interest falls below 10%.
