Norm LewisNorm Lewis was last seen as SenatorEdison Davis on the ABC drama Scandal.He recently received Tony, Drama Desk,Drama League, and Outer Critics Circleaward nominations for his performance asPorgy in the Broadway production of TheGershwins’ Porgy and Bess. OtherBroadway credits include Sondheim onSondheim, The Little Mermaid, LesMisérables, Chicago, Amour, The WildParty, Side Show, Miss Saigon, and TheWho’s Tommy. In London’s West End hehas appeared in Les Misérables and LesMisérables: The 25th Anniversary Concert,which aired on PBS. Off-Broadway Mr.Lewis has appeared in The Tempest (PublicTheater), Dessa Rose (Drama Desk nomi-nation, AUDELCO Award), The TwoGentlemen of Verona (Drama League nom-ination), Captains Courageous, and A NewBrain, as well as Ragtime with the NewYork Philharmonic at Avery Fisher Hall. Hisregional credits include Porgy in TheGershwins’ Porgy and Bess (A.R.T.),Ragtime, Dreamgirls (with Jennifer Holli -day), First You Dream, Sweeney Todd, andThe Fantasticks. Pastor Bobby Lewis was born and raised inPortsmouth, Virginia. He is the son of apreacher man. His parents, Bishop Rudolphand Elder Maurine Lewis, taught him at anearly age what it means to serve the Lord.Bobby, being a gifted singer, was acceptedinto the Shenandoah Conservatory andreceived his bachelor’s degree in musiceducation and vocal performance. Pro -fessionally he has worked on cruise shipsand in theater and cabaret venues aroundthe world. In 1997 he created the BobbyLewis Ensemble. In 1998 he retired fromthe stage following his call into full-timeministry, and was ordained by his father atthe New Light Full Gospel Baptist Churchin Virginia Beach. Since then, Pastor Lewishas founded a church in Harlem, New LightBaptist Church of Greater New York, andcontinues to minister through music alongwith the church choir all over the world,including performances in Alaska, Japan,and Spain.

On television and film Mr. Jouberthas worked on Smash, Nights in Rodanthe,We Shall Not Be Moved, and the 2010Macy’s Fourth of July Fireworks Spec tac -ular. His recording credits include Fantasia’s“I’m Here” and Broadway InspirationalVoices’ Great Joy: A Gospel Christmas. Mr.Joubert has served as accompanist andarranger for Patti LaBelle, Ashford &Simpson, Diana Ross, and Kathleen Battle atthe White House and Carnegie Hall. He hasreceived Grammy, Emmy, and Drama Deskaward nominations.

George Farmer (bass) has performed liveand recorded with artists including DuncanSheik, Amel Larrieux, Omar, Suzanne Vega,Natalie Cole, Alexis Hightower, Art Farmer,Benny Golson, and Curtis Fuller. Mr.Farmer’s Broadway credits include SpringAwakening and Memphis. Off-Broadway,he has played for Spring Awakening,Everyday Rapture, and Fun Home.

Born and raised in New Jersey, Perry Cavari(drums) lives with his wife, Maria, anddaughter, Emily. His theater credits includeBig Fish, Elf, Leap of Faith, YoungFrankenstein, The Drowsy Chaperone,Fosse, Oklahoma!, The Producers, and Vic -tor Victoria, to name a few. He can also beheard on The Producers’ movie soundtrackas well as the Chicago movie soundtrack,

for which he composed and performed “ATap Dance,” which features Richard Gere.

Richard Jay-AlexanderRichard Jay-Alexander (director) is enjoying a39-year career that has encompassed justabout every kind of job and position onecould experience in the entertainment field.He studied theater, music, and opera and hasachieved many unique accomplishments,which have taken him around the world toevery kind of stage, arena, nightclub, concerthall, and studio. Mr. Jay-Alexander began asan actor, singer, and dancer and made hisBroadway debut in 1978’s Zoot Suit. Next hewas in the original Broadway cast ofAmadeus, and he quickly matriculated into acareer of directing and producing. Mr. Jay-Alexander is known for his work on block-busters such as Les Misérables, ThePhantom of the Opera, Miss Saigon, andmany others, having also run British mega-producer Cameron Mackintosh’s Americancompany for more than a decade. Mr. Jay-Alexander has directed and/or produced fortelevision, film, video, commercials, andGrammy-nominated recordings, and he evenchoreographs when called upon. He hasworked with many of the greatest stars ofour time, including Barbra Streisand, Ber -nadette Peters, Kristin Chenoweth, BrianStokes Mitchell, Russell Watson, LeaSalonga, Bette Midler, Sam Harris, Il Volo, IlDivo, Chris Botti, Natalie Cole, JohnnyMathis, Betty Buckley, Ian McKellen, andmany more. He is thrilled to be working withNorm Lewis as a solo artist.
