Triad Leadership: How the Best Fundraising Teams Work Thursday, February 18 / 4:00 – 6:30 p.m.Manpower, 100 Manpower Place, MilwaukeeThe Executive Director, Board President and Development Director areresponsible for planning, directing and achieving fund raising successin a nonprofit. Their roles are distinct yet interdependent. The interde-pendency of these distinct roles creates the triad of leadership whichcan advance your organization’s fundraising efforts.

Fundraising teams will review the key responsibilities of each leader inthe triad, examine the interdependency of the distinct roles, and learnabout tools that can support advancement and growth.
