NON-VARIABLE PRINT SIGN-OFF FORM IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ As part of our quality control process, we require you to review the attached proofs and sign them off. Please check the proof(s) very carefully, before completing the Approval Section and signing at the bottom of this form. Once we receive this form from you, it will be accepted by us as your final authorisation to proceed with printing; please make sure everything is 100% correct. Please note that if your campaign has multiple sections, proofs will be attached for each section. It should be noted that we will not accept any responsibility for errors on proofs that are spotted after the proofs have been signed off and printing has commenced. It is your responsibility to check them and ensure their accuracy. If, at any stage, you are unsure as to what you are being asked to sign off, then please contact us immediately and we’ll be happy to explain. If you are unable to sign the pack proof(s) off because something is not correct, then please use the ‘Reject’ button below.
