Scratchings Received prior to 8am 3rd
July 2018 will receive full refund. Scratchings received between 3rd
July and 7th
Julywill forfeit a $15 stock levy. Scratchings made after 7
th July 2018 will forfeit full nomination unless in extenuating
circumstances.
The committee reserves the right to alter the program at any time. All riders compete at their own risk and must adhere to ACA rules. Judges decision is final.
Riders under the age of 18 must wear a helmet at all ACA affiliated events. Helmets must comply with current safety standards and must be securely fastened under the chin at all times.
Prize money paid as per ACA rule R.6. R.9 used for percentages
Any competitor who wishes to lodge a complaint at an affiliated campdraft must lodge the complaint in writing to the secretary within one hour of the incident taking place. A fee of $20 must be lodged with the complaint. If the complain is dismissed by the committee, the $20 is forfeited.
All Stallions must be contained as per NCCA rule 11.12. Under no circumstances is anyone under 17 years of age to handle stallions within the perimeters of the grounds.
Junior competitors under the age of 13 are not permitted to compete in any drafts other than the Junior.
Neither the committee, Zane Habermann & Kerrie Thomson accept any liability for any accident, damage, loss or illness to horses, riders, beast or any other person or property whatsoever.

For horses 4 Years and under that have not competed outside a futurity draft. Vet certificate is required for non registered ASHS / AQHA horses. Proof of registration is to be uploaded to campdraft central 5 days prior to draft commencement to be entered into the draw.
