Invesment in the Haitian man and women
As its name indicates, the National Organization for the Advancement of Haitians (NOAH) was created in 1993 to promote better living conditions for Haitians in Haiti as well as abroad. It was set up in response to the crisis that Haitians in Haiti and abroad were facing, such as the problems the community experienced in relation with AIDS (the 4 H – homosexuals, heroin addicts, hemophiliac and Haitians), the Haitian refugees influx and their treatment, the social upheavals occuring in Haiti during this period. NOAH is a non-profit, non-governmental and impartial organization whose goal is to improve the quality of life of Haitians and their living conditions.
